Live Action Movie of Bokura ga Ita Announced

According to Shogakukan, Obata Yuuki's manga Bokura ga Ita was announced to be getting a live action movie adaptation. Its TV Anime series was aired in 2006.

According to Natalie, Comic Beam has announced live action movie adaptations of two manga: Yamazaki Mari's "Thermae Romae and Time Ryosuke's "Avec Punch" (cover pic).

Just watched the 1st part, it was horrible, they skipped SO much important content and moments, and changed some others into something completely different, besies beyond horrible acting. This is an atrocity to such an awesome show.

WHAT!? So is this for real? Because although I really like Ikuta as an actor I cannot imagine him as Yano, and even worse, Yuriko as Nana!? Come one, give me a break...

The shoot for the movie will start in May, and it’ll be released as a two-part film in spring of 2012.

Hopefully the lead male will get some rewritting. He was one of the douchebaggiest lead males i've ever had the misfortune to see in shojo. I was actually cheering for the other guy to steal the lead girl the whole season though i knew how things would go down just by looking at the OP.
