'Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning' Reveals Additional Staff, October 27 Opening
The official website of the Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning anime movie revealed on Saturday additional staff, teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to open in theaters on October 27.Staff
Character Design: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru (Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna)
Animation Character Design: Seiji Tachikawa (Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World - The Animated Series chief animation director)
Digimon Character Design: Kenji Watanabe (Digimon Adventure:)
Tomohisa Taguchi (Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna) returns to direct the new movie at Yumeta Company. Akatsuki Yamatoya (Soul Eater) is also returning to pen the script. Toei Animation is producing the anime.
The anime movie is a sequel to Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna which opened in Japan in February 2020.
