Soccer Manga Giant Killing To Be Animated

According to Morning magazine, Tsunamoto Masaya's manga Giant Killing was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired from April 2010.

26 episodes
Director: Ko Yu ("Zero no Tsukaima ~Princesses no Rondo~").
Series Organizer: Kawase Toshifumi ("Higurashi no Naku Koro ni")
Production Studio: Studio DEEN

Most likely check it out. I never really understood the sports genre, but maybe this one will segway me into the genre. I'll have to wait and see.
