'Horimiya' Reveals Additional Cast, Third Promo

The official website of the television anime adaptation of HERO and Daisuke Hagiwara's Horimiya manga revealed additional cast and a third promotional video on Monday. The anime series is scheduled to air in January 2021.

Kakeru Sengoku: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T)

Remi Ayasaki: Mao Ichimichi (M.A.O) (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san)

Kouno Sakura: Reina Kondou (Dorohedoro)

The additional cast members are joining Haruka Tomatsu, Kouki Uchiyama, Seiichirou Yamashita, and Yurie Kozakai as Kyouko Hori, Izumi Miyamura, Toru Ishikawa, and Yuki Yoshikawa, respectively.

Masashi Ishihama (Persona 5 the Animation) is helming the anime at CloverWorks, with Takao Yoshioka (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso) handling the series composition. Haruko Iizuka (Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge) is designing the characters, and Masaru Yokoyama (Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo(TV)) is composing the music.

Kouki x nobuhiko: you mean 2 guys from karasuno + enemy in bnha, right

Kouki x haruka aka benedict and iris from violet evergarden and hana and masahiro from www wagnaria (and they're 30 in this year)

Nobuhiko x haruka aka yuka and hisaya from beelzebub and they're married (with other couple)

And mao x haruka aka mizuki and mari from samurai flamenco

Nice, I'm glad to see all these choices.

The alternate link goes to the official tweet that announced Yurie Kozakai as Yuki Yoshikawa and Seiichirou Yamashita as Tooru Ishikawa. Here is the tweet that announces Kakeru Sengoku, Remi Ayasaki, and Sakura Kouno. Kouno's name is also accidentally in the Eastern name order, otherwise thank you for the news post!

Oh my goodness, Nobu-san is voicing Sengoku!! I didn't expect for him to be in this but I'm so glad he is T~T

i hope they animate the story between sengoku & remi as well, they are really sweet too.

ah i can't wait, i hope they include ishikawa's weird dreams too like at the end of the episodes looololol that would be a nice touch.

While kouki and haruka are in same age (born in 1990)
Haruka and mao are trio heroes from samurai flamenco

Pretty darn excited! Going to be honest though, the 2nd and 3rd didn't have that punch like the 1st did but they're still pretty good nonetheless.

Even more concerning is the fact that the 3 promised PVs are out now though. Does this mean no more or just a final Trailer coming soon? God, I sure hope it's the latter. *fingers crossed*
