'Dogeza de Tanondemita' Announces Cast
The official website of the previously announced short anime adaptation of Kazuki Funatsu's Dogeza de Tanondemita (I Tried Asking While Groveling) doujin series revealed cast members and character visuals (pictured) on Sunday.
Cast
Minori Gakesaka, Ayame Omoi, Yua Aneha: Yui Ogura (High School DxD Hero)
Urara Toyofusa, Rui Sukiyabashi: Juri Nagatsuma (Circlet Princess)
Kanan Misenai, Rei Shioya: Miyu Tomita (Tamayomi)
Akari Osaka, Tama Kyan: Ayaka Shimizu (Aikatsu on Parade!)
Sanami Murakami, Natsumi Yuuseki: Saika Kitamori (Kanojo, Okarishimasu)
Sannose Ninose: Akane Kaida
Suwaru Doge: Tomokazu Sugita (Oshi ga Budoukan Itte Kuretara Shinu)
Heavenly Voice: Kazuma Horie (Natsume Yuujinchou)
Shinpei Nagai (Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken) is helming the series and is credited as animatics creator. Hairbote is designing the characters.
Funatsu began posting the ecchi fantasy manga on his Twitter account in April 2017. ComicWalker published the first three chapters the following year. Kadokawa shipped a compiled volume in March 2018.
Yagi Honjo released two light novel volumes based on the series in June and November 2018, featuring illustrations by Funatsu.
