'Kyokou Suiri' Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo

The official website of the Kyokou Suiri (In/Spectre) anime series revealed three additional cast and a second promotional video on Thursday. The television anime adapting Chashiba Katase's mystery supernatural manga based on Kyou Shirodaira's original novel will debut on TV Asahi, MBS, BS-NTV, and dAnime Store in January 2020.

Saki Fumihara: Misato Fukuen (Tales of Zestiria the Cross)
Karin Nanase: Sumire Uesaka (Concrete Revolutio: Choujin Gensou)
Detective Terada: Kenji Hamada (Gungrave)

The promotional video features the opening theme "Mononoke in the Fiction" by Lie and a Chameleon. Voice actor Mamoru Miyano, who's voicing the male protagonist Kurou Sakuragawa, will perform the ending theme.

Keiji Gotou (Mawaru Penguindrum episode director, Sengoku Collection) is helming the anime at Brain's Base. Noboru Takagi (Durarara!!, Sankarea) is handling the series composition. Takatoshi Honda (Sarazanmai animation director) is serving as the character designer and chief animation director.

Shirodaira published the original Kyokou Suiri novel in May 2011. Kodansha began republishing the novel through its Kodansha Taiga imprint on January 23. The third and latest volume went on sale on June 19.

Katase began drawing the manga adaptation in Shounen Magazine R in April 2015. Kodansha published the 11th volume on Thursday.

The animation looks fluid to me... I just had a bad feeling from this anime, considering the PV had a lighter scene (SoL) and a very dark thematic, whatever in the most part...

That white snake.... Unless I remember the stuff wrong but isn't that snake only appeared after that "Faceless" Nanase arc ended (13 chapters)? How many does this anime have actually or is this anime gonna be rushed?
