A commercial for the third volume of Chuubyou Gekihatsu Boy: Senshun Shoukougun novel series has announced that the novel series based on Rerulili's vocaloid song "Chuubyou Gekikatsu Boy" will get an anime adaptation.

Synopsis
Mizuki Hijiri is a student who transferred to a new school during the middle of the term. At her new school, she meets four boys who are each suffering from chuunibyou. Noda aims to be a hero, Takashima is an otaku, Nakamura is a reincarnated angel or devil (he can't decide which), and Tsukumo acts like an antagonist who pulls the strings from behind the scenes. To make things worse, these oddballs are also singers with questionable taste. Can Hijiri survive the rest of the school term with her strange associates?

"Chuubyou Gekihatsu Boy" is originally a song released on Nico Nico Douga. It received novel, manga and stage plays adaptations, all written by Minato Fujinami. The eighth volume of the main novel series will be released on October 1. Rerulili's new song "Seishun Shoukougun" was released this May, along with novel series.

The only thing I got from this summary is that a girl transfers to a new school and meets four guys who all have weird personalities. Everything else is gibberish. Overall it doesn't seem like anything new

That synopsis sounds like bad google translate.
