4-koma Manga 'Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan' Gets Omnibus TV Anime
An official website opened for an anime adaptation of Yukari Takinami's Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan 4-koma manga on Friday. The anime will follow an omnibus format featuring 12 different sets of directors, character designers, cast members, and studios, and will air for 12 episodes next winter on Tokyo MX, AT-X, and other networks.
Synopsis
Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan is a fun and dark manga about the real life of the author, a single woman in Tokyo who drifts through relationships and works at various hostess clubs and the like. There is lots of commentary on "birds of prey" (moukin), girls who use their cuteness and affect stupidity to score men–against whom the author is constantly fighting. Ugh.. that cover really disturbed me
But, no matter what. A Yonkoma adaptation is always on my must-watch list.
