Hunter X Hunter Resuming Serialization

Hunter X Hunter, after going on-Hiatus again last December, will resume in Issue 14 of Weekly Shounen Jump. The 25th tankoubon of the series will also be released shortly after.

I have had posts here and in other places about this annoying status. I love the series, and about anything Togashi does so I'm excited to see where he is going to take this.

the ant arc is not yet finished?? hmmph. last time i read the manga was probably three years ago and i was already reading the ant arc and i couldn't continue because somehow i couldn't find resources. i guess i'll have to read this manga again and restart from the beginning of the arc...

i'm so glad it's resuming serialization, i love hxh :D

Hmm. I stopped reading HxH even when it was finally continued just cause I was tired of 3 chapters taking place in like 2 seconds.

I hope the Anime continues also..I enjoy the Manga but, I felt it was one of the few that improoved with full color, voicework, music and animation. Then again I am biased I suppose as you can see it is the only anime I have rated a 10.

I heard that the Mangaka Yoshihiro TOGASHI was sick so they had to stop it temporarily!

Well as long as the quality stays good i don't care to much about how many breaks Togashi sensei places. I hope that thats the way he approaches HxH since i really like this series.

The Greed Island arc isn't fabricated by the animators. Hunter X Hunter has very little filler (if any at all) because it's split into a main series + OVAs. The manga is on the arc following the Greed Island Finale OVA and has been on the arc for quite a long time.

Anyways on topic... glad to hear this news... though I fear what will happen after the chimera ant arc. I have a feeling that without the obligation to finish an arc and pressed with the hassle of starting another one, Togashi might just buckle and give up.

I've yet to read this manga, but I have seen the anime. Can anyone tell me how far off the manga is from the anime? Is the Greed Island arc fabricated by the animators?
