A second season anime adaptation of To LOVE-Ru Darkness was announced at this weekend's Jump Festa 2015 event. The original main cast and staff from the first season will return for the season season.

That's why I had been wondering why Darkness actually kind of left some essential... umm... how do I say it... "main" stories (?) season 1 and season 2 had brought and apparently focused on another project which is Harem Plan. But that's just how we want it, right? :D

well Darkness is an entirely different manga with an entirely different concept and premise so it's not so strange, and yes it is definitely the way more or less everyone wants it anyway

If many say that this season will be a conclusion of Darkness Arc, say, when will the conclusion of Rito being Lala's wife - whatsoever, Rito being the ruler of the universe, or many other things former TLR series had brought be carried on? I hope TLR can prove me wrong, but, I think they're not gonna make that happen since it's been a pain to work on, no?

Quite thankful that the ova's streamed the obligatory fanservice fillers so we can consequence a constant narrative flow. Seriously though, thankful for the second season and decent writing.
