Sixth OVA of 'To Love-Ru Darkness' Announced
Jump Square magazine is announcing in its November issue that the manga To Love-Ru Darkness will receive a new OVA, to be bundled with its 13th volume. More information will be provided at a later time.

Geeeez, they're only banking on the ecchi can Xebec just make Yuki to finally have a relationship with Sairenjin?
God no, Sairenjin is the worse girl in the series by far. Also there's the whole issue with the author having a messy divorce with his wife who was the model for Sairenjin. Which apparently is why that character has had a much smaller role in Darkness. If anything I'd like to see Yuki with Yui, but it's obvious since this is a harem that it will stay a harem.
