For today and tomorrow at Comiket 84, Studio Deen, together with Cosmic Records, is holding a joint sales event to sell a media-mix package of the web manga "Waanabi.jk". The package contains a 40 page booklet with 12 manga chapters, PV key animation sketches, setting material, cast commentaries and staff discussion, and a DVD which contains an anime PV, cast discussion, and the theme song. Separately, there is also a 60 minute drama CD to be sold at the same event.

"Waanabi.jk" is a web manga published on Studio Deen's own website starting from June this year and is a slice-of-life comedy about 4 high school girls (jk is Japanese shorthand for high school girls). Cast includes Mikami Shiori (Akari in YuruYuri, Christa Renz in Shingeki no Kyojin), Terui Haruka, Tokui Sora (Nico in Love Live!, Nero in Milky Holmes), and Kusuda Aina (Nozomi in Love Live!). The anime PV is directed by Takahashi Tomoya (deputy director of Dennou Coil) and written by Takayama Katsuhiko (series composition for Sasami-san Ganbaranai and Mirai Nikki) with character design by Takeuchi Tetsuya.

Kusuda Aina <3
I was more interested in the seiyuu themselves, not really paying attention to the preview. But then again, there aren't many slice of life titles lately that catch my interest.

^ Really oopsy typo there.. Too busy posting another news to do good spell check. Anyway corrected.

Limited items sold in Comiket usually got premium price at auction though. Are you sure you want to pay a lot more than the marked price to own this? The package indeed looks pretty decent though.

I'm aware of that, it's the same thing with figures coming out of wonfes from doujin circles.

lol it's Tokui Sora not Nora

I'm going to track this down on Yahoo Japan auctions soon, I wouldn't mind owning the package.
