Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch began airing in America on Adult Swim on April 27 of 2008. It played straight through the first season and transitioned without a break into Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch R2 on November 2nd. Now, it will be going on hiatus until January 10th, when Bandai releases the next dubbed episode. Until then, reruns of the show will air.

If they'd only release the series on DVD already....

There are some people out there that would not be able to afford to rent and/or buy the DVDs ya know.

There are some who will. There's no reason to hold them up.

I wasn't trying to say that the DVD release dates should be held back.

Lucky Americans with their decent Adult Swim. I don't think we even have it anymore here, I haven't been able to find it for a while o.o.

You're talking about the anime series Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit right?

I watch it on Adult Swim on demand, which means I'm on ep. 9 or so of season 1, lol. It's so confusing figuring out when a show is scheduled on the non-on-demand channels. Last time I checked, I didn't see Code Geass in the TV lineup. Is that because I don't get Adult Swim, only the On Demand portion?

Something else I've noticed about on demand stuff. Different cable providers provide different content on their on demand, even when it's supposed to be the same channel. Like if I get Adult Swim on demand and someone else somewhere else gets Adult Swim on demand, it doesn't mean we get the same programming.

And since I'm talking on demand stuff here, why is it that they make so many mistakes? Occasionally they skip episodes and no one even seems to notice to fix it. What is with that?

Now now, no Terrorist Type raids, It's the holidays, save it for after new years (lol).

By the way, This really ticks me off, but luckily FUNimation is releasing several new anime, so thats going to keep me happy, but still, it's not like it airs on a holiday...

I totally agree with you. I'm so mad >:-(.

Damn. This is so unfair! I wish I could raid Bandai and force them to air the episodes :(.

Short hiatus due to X-Mas? Is that a valid reason? Hmm...
Well, if you think about it, almost all shows, whether anime, cartoons or TV series, never show new episodes during the holiday season. People go on vacation, or aren't around for a plethora of other reasons, so it makes sense.
