According to the cover note of the seventh volume, Blood Lad TV anime was announced to be aired in 2013. The production studio is Brains Base.

Great news for fans of the manga, I guess. But from what I've read, the original material didn't seem all that good. I'd have preferred Brains Base to do something else.
