By the way, why is Lilo & Stitch: The series considered an anime series according to ANN when it is an american (Disney Channel) cartoon?

If you exclude L & S from the ranking, VOTOMS vol.5 comes in the tenth.
Actually, this ranking is two week old. Why don't you cite the ranking directly from Oricon ranking, instead of ANN.
