I'll go straight to the point:

"So there is this manga where the protagonist is John Wick, but Japanized as heck that lives his normal life until he meets again with his ex-pupil that happens to be an esper and read minds... READ MINDS BRUV! Then everything makes a 180* turn and now they fight criminals and mafia bosses that want to to erase the main character due he is too OP"

Story: 9/10

As I said before, is like John Wick, BUT BETTER! This manga truly deserves more attention because is not afraid to show violent scenes when necessary. I dont want to tell too much about ... the plot because the less you know, the better. This manga will surprise you since the first chapter!

Art: 10/10

Bro, for being weekly, I think the art is Top Tier (In my opinion) The fight scenes are easy to follow as well as the choreography. You can see the passion and hard work in each panel.

Character: 10/10

I'm not lying when I say that every character makes me want to know their past (but I hope that will show up eventually) Anyway, the side characters have amazing designs and not only that. They also have very cool personalities that doesn't feel forced and their own reasons to do what they do.

Overall: 9/10

I love everything so far about Sakamoto Days, but the reason I don't give it a 10/10 is because I feel that they need to show a bit more of "darkness" when the murder-topic is shown in the panels. I feel like there is not enough "Impact" (Besides the 1st chapter). I know it's weekly shonen jump, but I'd like to see that in the future.

I wouldn't be surprised if the anime gets announced at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022.

i loved reading it, it’s very enjoyable and it’s a fun read, but after a point (chapter 204ish) after the ahem big bad guy does his big bad stuff (tryna keep it spoiler free) .. it feels strange, like for the longest time people are getting assassinated in public, 9/11 events are happening left and right, but no one gives a flying fuck (its a running gag) but then the super bad guy takes over and suddenly i’m supposed to consider the socio economic impacts of assassination .. there’s so many fun characters in the show, like the sniper kamihate .. him and heisuke have ... the funniest interaction i’ve ever seen, in any manga (gun talk scene.) … very very enjoyable read, incredibly fights and action, it’ll keep you on the edge but really just give up any sense of logic outside the fights. the fights, the characters are super crispy, the writing is not. 

also the anime has an insufferable feeling with certain sound design and animation choices they made (like the echo-ey sakamoto voice effect, and shitty action). please dont watch it before the manga. it’ll ruin your intro to these really cool characters.

6/10 - is alright in the grand scheme of things. 

The art is pretty bad; it looks like a teenager drew it, and I wish Lu wasn’t so removed from the story and that the mangaka put more effort into making things a tad bit more realistic. I understand the type of series this is and that, yes, it is fiction. But for the maturity it is, it’s kind of weird having kiddie-level logic and realism. For example, with Sakamoto's character, when he is chubby, he has a mustache but somehow magically loses it when he gets back in shape. This manga has quite a bunch of instances like that in terms of logic, and ... I kind of think it doesn’t fit the maturity level of the series overall.
