Pretty standard low quality Isekai harem manga, with at least some full nudes one every two chapters. I started reading it because I was interested in the management part of the story but, to be honest, the writer doesn't make the most of the setting, not by a long shot. No spoilers ahead (Not that there's much to spoil anyway).

About the Story, there's two main, really serious flaws. First, the MC doesn't have any kind of personality, he just have ideas, but it's basically a reflection of the writer or a power fantasy receptacle. Second, the waifus don't have distinct personalities neither, apart from the ... two first of them. At the beginning they were fairly different, but by chapter 10 they do mostly the same role in the story. The others don't ammount to much neither.

We are introduced to the tower fairly soon, we get a quite straightforward explanation on how does it work, and then.. it's waifu time! The story doesn't have any real conflict, the main character do not find adversity or difficulties to implement any of his ideas to manage the tower, and the plot basically goes from one waifu to the next, introducing insanely hot female character that lust incontrolably after the main character because reasons, then the MC gets all bashful (Not that he's sleeping with a couple of them already, every new woman get's him all blushed) and they go live in the tower, rinse and repeat.

About the art, it's good. It's obvious that the artists worked hentai before. Also there's literal sex scenes in the manga, it's not subtle at all. Had to restrain from wanking one out a couple of times. Still, it's not amazing, combat scenes are fairly simple, you won't stare at the vignettes for long.

Characters, as mentioned, are pretty bland. There's none worth remembering.

In short, I was expecting at least a little bit more than this. I've read dozens of Isekais at this point, and this one is just not worth it, there's no drama, no mistery or no pleasure to it.

If you want to read something similar that's not pure garbage you could try Realist Hero, Realist Maou or Dungeon Builder.

Story is mediocre and pretty cliché at the same type. If your taste in media is that low, sure go ahead and read it but I don't recommend because you might end up regretting your decision for wasting your time in terrible media when there's plenty of different media to enjoy. At the first chapter you can pretty much tell that it's like this if you have plenty of experience watching anime or reading manga. The protag dies, gets summoned to another world and then there's immediately 2 girls who's in love with some random person they need to help and there's plenty of "emphasis" ... that the protag is not an ordinary person, tHiS pErSon Is sOmEwHaT sPeCiAl or something along the lines. First chapter alone and it gets repeated twice or thrice.

I had previously read this manga when it just released, but I dropped it early on; now, as an even more experienced reader, I gave this another shot after seeing how high the rating was for this manga on MAL. Yet, despite me trying to look at the bright sides, this disappointed in every single way by just being a cliche, generic mess in plot and characters.

Wish-fulfillment is a term that often describes many isekai mangas, and I’ve gotten used to it, but this manga’s plot was just too extreme to find remotely enjoyable — everything in the story is practically handed to the ... main character. Whether it be female leads, sex, or just straight-out power, none of the mc’s accomplishments were deserved; they were only given to him, since he’s the mc.

The plot in itself is also entirely boring, since there’s nothing notable happening due to the lack of conflict and all of the cliches; besides for that, there’s tons of ecchi or sex scenes just for the sake of viewer retention and engagement, but it just doesn’t fit the overall vibe of the manga, feeling forced.

As for the mc, he’s incredibly self-inserted — so much that I can’t even recall his personality as I’m writing this review. For the Fmls, they also don’t have any depth besides for a few jokes here and there along with their great desire to suck up to the mc.

This is a pretty boring, cliche, and generic isekai manga that isn’t enjoyable for the aforementioned reasons.

I really don't feel like the previous reviews are giving this a fair shot. I've read a lot of manga, I've read a lot of trash, I've read a lot of isekai. With the last part of that, this is one of the better ones I've read. The world building in this is pretty thorough compared to many others, where the author does a good job at making the world feel alive and moving outside of our main party. The story is fairly simple overall, but again, the world building and plot within the story does a good job at fleshing out that simplicity. At ... the end of the day though, it is a tower building manga. Again, pretty simple.

Now, as a direct response to people saying the MC is just wish fulfillment power fantasy, eh, I can see where they are coming from. A lot of what happens in this manga are because of the people he surrounds himself with and their power levels while he just stands there. However, it's not like he's completely useless. He's more of the "brains" of the group, which is where I sorta disagree with the "power fantasy" part of it. He's not powerful in the sense of many other isekai MCs, he's just extremely methodological. Again, tower building, so when it comes to his power, well, do you get mad whenever you play a Civ game and level up when you conquer a territory? I can't really discredit the "wish fulfillment" part of the criticism however.

Overall though, without going into spoilers, I ranked this one so high and say it's one of the better ones because the world building is top notch. I do wish the author put more into the characters, but with what we're given, I think they are serviceable. They're not too much of a blank slate to be boring, and there are enough elements in there that show the characters having their own personalities. Again, serviceable.

That's it though. I can see why people don't like it, but there's enough there to make it a good story.
