| @LostSpectre My list isn't really indicative of the anime i watched throughout my life, because i rarely bother to update it (too much of a hassle for me). You will only find the ecchis that i particularly enjoy nowadays and none of the shonens i watched when i was younger. |

Look at my favorite, to me they are all better than Naruto. Like I said i'm not a big fan of Shounen so a lot of Slice of Life are far better to me.
If I were to make a list of only shounen, Naruto would be 6th behind One Piece, Hajime no Ippo, Bleach, Yuyu Hakushou and Rurouni Kenshin.

| Your obsession for Naruto is crazy. Naruto lives rent free in your head. Chill I know when you finish or watching an anime you kind live into that universe.. but dude you post at least 2 posts about naruto per day ahah. And... YES NARUTO is in my top 50 animes ( on more than 300 animes I watched ) . Top 5 battle shounen easily. -- btw stop asking people " name 10 better anime than Naruto " . People who answer your questions are 90% HEAVILY DUMB. They will compare Naruto + Naruto Shippuden ( a 500-800 episodes animes ) to an anime that just barely released : only one season with 12-24 episodes. This is just ridiculous. |

| Excluding all the fillers (like damn, they were so annoying in Shippuden), the final arc and Kaguya, the lamest villian. I really like Naruto, it's far from perfection but idk when you spend so much time into a series you somehow get emotionally invested in the characters. Maybe I am just speaking out of nostalgia bias. |
| I've got a lot of nostalgia for it, it's what kept me interested in anime as a kid once Yugioh had stopped airing. It's also one of the first series i watched when i got back into anime as an adult. Plus i have very fond memories of spending hours on Naruto forums with a dial up internet connection at that age. So it's fair to say it's probably a personal favorite, based on nostalgia alone. I like the show itself, but only certain arcs, it doesn't hold the same magic a show like Yugioh has for me. |

| @eli_shmeli No, not the same at all. In the Simpsons, the main focus is on the Comedy part not the story or how the evolution involve. You can see after 20 years, it's the same dynamic. Most people ( and me ) didn't enjoy that much naruto ( at the end ) because of how Shippuden turn to be. Imagine if you take Naruto + Shippuden and reduce it with 24 episodes. Itachi will still be relevant, Naruto still at his begining, same as Sasuke etc... Akatsuki Still with lot of mystery. And no one wouldn't know the story behind kakashi. So the story, power level and characters are very important part of the dynamic of an anime. ( specially battle shounen ) -- Now that most people know the story and the ending, people tend to not like Naruto because of that. So I will take an exemple : people like to say Jujutsu Kaisen, Hell's Paradise or Mashle is better than Naruto + Shippuden. Like wtf ? So people compare an entire story, with 800 episodes, against an anime that has 12-24 episodes with a lot of mystery ? I remember back then, when Bleach came out, when the soul society arc dropped ( with human entering Soul Society to save rukia + ichigo vs his brother in law + the bankai of his lieutnant + the mastermind plan of Aizen etc... ) People were so hype that they say ( even me ) that Bleach is the best battle shounen all time. Again, it's easy to be good at the begining. But let's compare what is comparable. |
