| Usagi is consistently getting 30s and below on her tests. Maybe Aqua from Konosuba as well. Oh and Ash Ketchum because he forgets things he should already know and are things he shouldn't forget. He also falls for Team Rocket's poorly made disguises and schemes along with all of his companions as well. Goku is pretty dumb as well and I think Majin Buu couldn't even spell his name right in the DB Super manga lol. |

Most of you probably havent seen it, but the guy from Asatte no Houkou stands out in recent memory as being especially stupid.  You know how the plot developments in some anime are reliant on the characters being oblivious? Well this guy really takes the cake. I gave it a 6/10 btw which means it's watchable but just barely. |

This franchise is over two decades old now and they are still trying to keep it alive for some reason. They finally got around to adopting "Shin Ikkitousen" last year with an extremely disappointing 3 episode rollout. I don't know, did this even count as a full series? The main protagonist is still 17 years old and still as dumb and stupid as she was when the original series aired back in 2003. Most people just remember her as an airhead High School panty girl since probably the most redeeming quality about her as a character is the fact she at least remembers to even wear panties for the audience to even see. lol |

| Gonna have to got to Gedatsu from One Piece. As in, he's very much intentionally dumb; more so than a dumb person would be. And honestly, it's no contest. I saw someone mention Riki Nendou from Saiki.k, and that probably deserves the second place. Have not seen Aho girl, though. |
