| It was really hard to watch some parts of the previous episodes without using double speed playback. It was uncanny. The message could've been given more romantically but I'd say the animation is just average. 6~7/10... or lower... |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Irina and lev are so cute together.. I'm a sucker for these types of against the world romance. An easy 10/10 on my books. All I wish is an ending kiss to seal the story. Too bad it didn't happen, Makes me want for more. |
| Supreme Leader plays political 4D chess. Comrade Chief is the man, he threatened Supreme Leader for Irina. And so it ends. A little disappointed that Lev and Irina don't kiss, or have some neck biting blood sucking. But overall, I really enjoy watching this anime, I love it. 10/10. Cute vampire cosmonaut girl. |

| Very cute and the ending was surprisingly happy. I liked the art and the animations during certain scenes like Irina dancing and skiing. Seems like the ending teased the future which could mean more content but also it was fairly self contained so it could either way. Even though the ending was happy in the end they still were used to make to make the country look better and superior in the end, so at least that part is believable. While not very action/drama heavy I found the pacing a bit slow. |
| I have to admit. The only reason I even bothered to watch this was to see what is likely to be Megumi Hayashibara's last leading voice acting role. I mean, she's 55 now and not nearly as active as she used to be. I was stunned to discover that she had a leading role playing a 17yo vampire in 2021 and had to check it out. I did not expect this series to be good. At all. I mean, Soviet space vampires? Seriously? Seriously. This was no masterpiece by any stretch. However, it was much better than it had any reasonable right to be. I did have some issues, though. Lets just get the obvious one out of the way first. The animation quality went through the floor near the end. It was so bad that it became distracting. The last few episodes kind of hurt the series in general. It was kind of all downhill after Irina's flight. It went from being slow paced and well told to hyper speed with poorly explained (if at all) plot. The last episode was just not very good. It was insanely cheesy and Irina's speech was. . . painful. Going out her way to say she hated humans and wished them to die, but now she likes Lev (no mention of other humans) is not a way to win over an angry and racist mob that want blood. They also built Natalia up as a character that was secretly more important than she appeared but then never really did anything with it. I'm assuming she has a bigger role to play in the novels after the events of the anime. Another subplot that went nowhere was Irina's bloodsucking. They completely downplayed the fact that Lev was the first person Irina ever bit and they teased that being bitten caused Lev to change and even to crave being bitten but it went nowhere. The scene where he's detained and his healed bite wound appeared to be in pain made me think that he was either becoming a vampire himself or, more likely, Irina's servant but it never came up again. They were also slowly building a romance between Irina and Lev, but after Irina's departure it quietly disappeared. The last few episodes dropped my rating from a 7 or 7.5 down to a 6. Still, I was expecting to give this a 3 or 4 at best and, I maintain, as a series about Soviet space vampires this was much better than it had any reasonable right to be. |

| I dont know why, but I thought Lev grew up in an orphanage.. That was a satisfying ending, coupled with a beautiful ending song. A song that Lev and Irina shared. |

| That ended well, for how much disarray happened once Lev finished his speech. Lev having so many officials, including the supreme leader, on his side certainly helped. Hope this gets a second season. |

| Won't give this show a 10 just because the romance didn't bloom enough in the adaptation. Lev and Irina clearly have the hots for each other a lot so I would dig a S2 where they go to the moon and have half vampire babies and romance develops past that almost-kiss-actually-i-want-you-to-bite-my-neck in ep 10 |
