| Is this even up for debate? I fully respect you if you genuinely like him as a character I'm not one to judge anything someone prefers and say they're bad or wrong. However, personally, I find Mineta lacking in every aspect that would create a good character. He's the character with the least amount of character development and only exists to create fanservice. Let's be real his quirk is abysmal not to mention he's not the best good-looking character out there. Even though the majority of times he's annoying there are a few moments you can easily relate to and find hilarious. |

| He is really small and looks like a child while touching without consent. The girls are annoyed by him, they don't want it being touched like that, that's why he is a bad character. Jiraiya was a perv too, but he wouldn't touch, he would get red and thats it (I am not saying, that his perverted side is better, it's bad too). |
