Such a wholesome episode. The chemistry between 8man and Yukinon is great. So glad Iroha saw Komachi for the first time. In short, I'm happy that everyone come together in the happiest way possible.

Seeing Yui saying Yahallo makes me happy but sad at the same time.

It's sad to see this amazing series to end. I'll eventually read the light novel next to satisfy myself even more. (:

Omg, i want to cry xD I can't believe that Oregairu finally ended... My man Hacchiman... who he was back then, and who he is now.. It was an absolute pleasure following his evolution as a human being, and also Yukino and Yui's evolutions as human beings as well. 3 characters i hold dear.. It hurt a lot, seing Yui down in the dumps like that. It was one of the things that really cost me to watch during this season, but that's just how love goes... It's complicated, it's complex and it comes from the heart.. and Hacchiman's heart was set on Yukino, wich, for me, was quite the obvious choice from the start. I'm happy btw, i have no best girl from this show.

But yeah, the best season of them all, i'm really glad they gave an ending to this wonderful story in anime format. It was a pleasure to watch this anime until the end. Thank you Oregairu

[SPOILERS] The episode was perfect. Hearing Yukino tell Hikki “I love you” left a huge smile on my face for the rest of the episode. Yui will now find closure too which is amazing. I’m so glad that I got to be a part of this journey before the anime stopped airing.
Thank you❤️

Hachiman and Yukinoshita bonding together was embarrassing. They always act flustered. But, it is a victory for the Hachiman x Yukinoshita ship. I'm sure they're loving every moment of this.

Yuigahama, still reeling from the effects has formed a new bond with Komachi and Isshiki. I hope she'll be fine.

Hiratsuka-sensei, thank you for your service. For the last time, someone marry her already.

That I love you part was so astonishing! Even Hachiman took time to sit down just to reflect on it.
--------------------------------------------------

Final notes:

Hachiman is a changed man. He is no longer the guy I've seen 7 years ago. He's living the rose-colored life (borrowed that from Hyouka). Unlike the two seasons, it has kind of lackluster moments but it still shines out.

Oregairu, thank you for everything. It was a great run for 7 years.

The ending was perfect. Hearing Yukino say “I love you, Hikigaya” put a huge smile on my face for the rest of the episode. And knowing that Yui will find closure is amazing. I’m so glad that I got to be a part of this journey before the anime ended.
Thank you.

Well it's over. My favorite anime of all time is finally finished. I remember watching season 1 long ago. I didn't like the third season, it felt nothing like oregairu. It felt like a hallow empty shell of something once loved. But I couldn't Help but smile for the last 5 minutes. It's still a 10/10 for me. It's finished

Wow, I can't believe I actually got to see the ending to this series... what a privilege. Years of waiting, from time to time thinking of first two seasons and re-watching them; just loving the characters and being confused half the time.
Good show, pretty good overall even though I am not entirely sure how I feel about the last season.

It's finally time to say goodbye to this show. It wrapped up with the pairing I thought would happen in the end. It felt like the planning of the prom in this episode could have easily been like it's own mini-arc by itself but alas, we only have one episode to work with.

Overall I had a lot of fun with Oreigairu! 9/10

My ship has sailed and one of my favorite slice of life rom com has ended after 7 years Its a bittersweet feeling.
I heard the author is releasing a new set of volumes of their third year lives, so fingers crossed for that to get animated as well. It would be a delight to watch.
Anyways glad this ended on such a good note, gonna miss all the characters in this and especially these two my two favorites <3

Great final season. Enjoyed it and hopefully get to see a little more of it in the future.
P.s - Saika still best girl :3

A beautiful ending to a beautiful series.
7 years, 3 seasons, 2 OVAS, 40 episodes. It’s been a long journey but we finally got to see the end.

I’ve watched season 1 and 2 in my teens and now I’m on my early twenties. Ha! After 5 years, it truly comes to an end. It’s been an emotional roller coaster ride.

OREGAIRU would always have a special place in my heart, memories that would always live on within me, a page of my youth that I would come back for. I’m glad I got to see it through until the end

Thank you Wataru Watari for making this masterpiece. Thank you OREGAIRU for those wonderful years. Long live, Hachiman!

Not as engaging as the previous two seasons, but a great season nevertheless. I think character dialogue and how they reacted with each other took a dive in this season, though the development itself was great. 8/10. I enjoyed Iroha a lot more in this season.

I don’t think there’ll ever be such a masterfully written rom-com like Oregairu in a VERY long while. Experiencing this final season was rather bumpy and stressful at times (more so cause of the unnecessary slandering in social media), but the final payoff was well worth it. Honestly as of right now, I heavily prefer the anime experience over that with the LN so for.
I know Kaguya Sama is a thing, but I may have to rethink my own ratings at this point now that my rom-com standards have been re-confirmed.

Hachiman and Yukino’s interactions are absolutely lovely, due to the fact that they totally suck at social skills lmfao. Hirotsuka-sensei continues to be the unsung hero to the very end. I did wish Kawasaki had more highlights anime-wise, ngl. Iroha continues to stay true to her character as always, what a mischievous little imp xD.
Yui finally gets her own way of closure, as she DOES get her wish from ep 11 granted in the end.

S2 will still be my favorite from all three seasons, but I personally think S3 had the best parts. With the shortcomings this finale had, it’s still one of the best things from 2020 by far, at least for me.

Well my favorite anime has ended, the ending was perfect, it was everything i could've asked for yet it has a bitter sweet feeling to it maybe on a personal level since i watched the first season when i was in mid school and now im in my final year in college watching the last episode of my favorite anime, i remember when i first saw hachiman i fell in love with his character maybe cuz i related so much to him, i saw my self in him, but now i no longer can since he changed and became a better person and found something genuine while i still in the same place i was 7 years ago and im here left with nothing but thats life and i just hope that one day i find something genuine same as hachiman, overall it was a nice journey and im glad i was part of it.

Loved the Hikki x Yukino lovey-dovey screen time
Super glad Yui doesn't give up and joins the excitement, Yahallo~!
Never a dull moment with Iroha around, keep it up.
Thank you sensei for all the thoughtful conversations and the pat on the shoulder

Man, that was a fantastic finale. Like god damn that was really good. It all came full circle and I honestly could not be happier with how it ended. Such a satisfying ending.

Gahh Yukino said it! Honestly thought that Hachiman would say it first, but I'm so happy that we got to hear at least one of them say it this season!

Hachiman's dance with Hiratsuka was great. Kinda wished we got more Hiratsuka moments this season.

Also loved Hachiman's date with Yukino at the park. It was just too good.

And HOT DAMN they played the OP from the 1st season! I honestly didn't see it coming, but at the same time I've never been more hyped to hear an OP play as the ED in my life.

God I'm really gonna miss this series, it was so fucking good. I was really bummed to hear that this got pushed back earlier this year, but man was it so worth it. 10/10 episode, 9/10 for the season.

It's been fun ride Oregairu. I'll miss ya.

What a ride, it finally ended. Hopefully we will see some OVAs since Hachiman was invited to a family dinner, that should be hilarious in itself.

I will be honest, the first 10 eps weren't that great for me, I didn't like the focus on the first prom and Yui's angst but the last two episodes absolutely saved all of it. Yukino is super cute in shy blushy girlfriend mode. Plus everyone made up in the end in a way.

Normal ending. Series was a 7/10 from start to finish to me. It definitely had potential to be something better, specially when we have extremely creative and realistic dialogues and good written drama. But most of what was at stakes wasn't clear, creating convoluted arcs, which made the anime fail to actually be more than just a good watch.

But it is still in my top 5 of this year. 2020 isn't exactly full of great shows so far.

One of my all time favorites just ended. Honestly I don't think I have the right words to explain what I'm feeling right now. Oregairu was the first rom-com anime that I watched and also the first LN I read.

Even though the adaptation wasn't perfect this season will have a special place in my heart.

I'm really thankful to be born in this era and had the opportunity to watch this series. Damn, I'm gonna miss this so much.

What a ride. Thank you studio Feel and of course to Wataru-sensei.

9/10 and my personal AOTS.

Finally its over. Man I was struggling to finish this soap opera but at least there were some satisfying moments. I was about to give it a 5/10 like both last seasons but Ill be generous this time and give it a 7/10.
It had a shitload of unnecessary overdramatic moments that had no purpose in the context of the whole story. This series could be literally shorter by a whole season if we could skip all pointless bullshit.
Hachiman is the only strong character here. Yui is plain boring and based on cliche concept of genki girl falling in love with the main character when Yukino is the obvious winner.

Oh yeah, I talked about my final thoughts of the season in this forum but not the episode itself. The final episode was good, and seeing Yukino and Hachiman be together was nice. I'm not a fan of the usage of Instagram or really social media to jokes and make it so cringey like how Kaguya-sama does, but just seeing Yukino and Hachiman be awkward with Instagram and taking the right picture to almost celebrate their relationship outside was nice. The other stuff in the episode was good and it felt like it wrapped up the story, and Yukino and Hachiman's journeys nicely.

It's just such a shame the first 10 episodes of this season were so ass. It's like having a great dessert at the end, but that greatness is affected heavily by how poor the appetizer and main was beforehand, in this case being the 10 episodes. Adaptation flaws aside, the first 10 episodes really was by far the worst thing that could have happened to this franchise and it made me even hate it for a while. But at least while I'm really frustrated with the season, I can really treasure the final 2 episodes alone and say adieu to this anime for good. Yukino and Hachiman's confession and actual relationship beyond that saved the show to some degree, from being awful to bad and I rate that.

Actual character development from those two literally in the last episode. well at least it happened

I know that they skipped a lot of the light novel stuff IDK why if they knew the ending was going to be this.

NGL I was a Yui fan for this season literally just because of how much more screen time she got with Hachiman. That with the fact that we knew how she felt most of the season and we had no idea what Yukino was feeling at all until the last two episodes.

IDK why they decided to give only 2 episodes to Yukino it baffles my mind. she is a very good character if they had limits on what they could adapt why didn't they just adapt Yukino's scenes more. instead of going full out for Yui when they knew he wasn't going to end up with her anyways.

All in all, it was a "satisfying" ending for me with the massive amount of character development from those two in the last episode I won't say it was perfect but the best they could do in one episode.

Also the very cute scene from when Yukino does her hair for 8man

And the Little rice girl that one had me rolling.

And Yukino finally expressed how she truly feels, not bad at all :)

Uhmm... Do you know the reference why isshiki called komachi "little rice girl" ?

Man was this season disappointing af. I really didn't mind the ship between Yukino x Hachiman, but what the author did to Yui's character was really a disgrace. Yukino and Hiki are so cute together. Loved their little date, full of adorable, awkward moments.

I guess it pays to be on the side of the winning girl cause I loved this episode. xD

The scene with Hiratsuka sense at the end was great and of course Yukino's adorable "I love you" was 10/10,

Overall, great series on the whole and a very fitting finale. The title "Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru" couldn't be more apt and there was probably no better closing line. Great character cast, fun, touching and emotional. I'd say the last season was the weakest of the three but I guess that was expected since most of the 'plot' happens in the first two and this is just the show reaching it's inevitable conclusion, an extremely satisfying one at that.

It finally ended, one of my favourite series starting from S1. 8man the op loner finally gets the girl. Ngl, i felt S3 lacked the impact it had, it came off as a little boring, 12eps and they've only done a prom. I kind of understand it was character development but im not gonna be biased and say it was perfect. This season was kind of bland, however watching 8man get together with yukinoshita might be one of the most satisfying things. Poor yui lol u wish u were heather LMAO. Oregairu is still going to have a special place in my heart. Thanks for the journey.

Tldr: Glad it ended albeit it being a little boring.

I need anyone to make a youtube video and just analyze, explain, and have their thoughts poured on it.

I think that this show holds so much values and solutions towards things that are complicated and intellectualized by nature, and itd be sad for some anime watchers that couldn't understand/see through these very complex characters.

Loved this show so much, really want an anituber to praise this show.

Hmm, how to say it...

If there wasn't any prom arc nonsense, only two last episodes, this series would be actually quite good... But sadly it was dragged too long in between and the resolution didn't match the development before.

Would those two episodes be appended to S2 it would work a lot better rather than this mess. So the last episode was actually nice but the build-up to it was pretty bad. The ending itself was way to idealistic to my taste, would prefer more bittersweet lifelike one like in Kuzu no Honkai for example, it would have a lot more impact than this.

It's quite ironic that we only saw this other side of Yukino in the last episode of the series. There should have been plenty of 'dates' before to make all of this believable. And although I understand the developement and the way they shown how relationship changes people, more emotional scenes along the way were direly needed (in case of Yukino).

In the end, the one character I will remember highly would be probably Hiratsuka-sensei. She was really special.

6/10 Love not-so-comedy series where kids were pondering the life like middle-aged adults. Needless and unrealistic drama was pretty much the downfall of otherwise interesting premise.

(have to say that even Okada can write emotional teenage characters interactions a lot better)
