However, I despise its "sequel" and good thing I'm not planning to play it after reading some spoilers regarding to that "sequel". |

Cliche characters and the most repetetive gameplay I've ever seen. I'm only in it for the plot, which is good, but not exceptional. I can't imagine what happens in P4 to make you think that it's worse. |

| I've only played Persona 3 Portable and currently the only Persona game I've ever played. Don't get me wrong, I want to play other Persona games. It's just that I don't have the console to play it. Though I have seen walkthroughs of it. I personally loved Persona 3 the most after seeing multiple walkthroughs of the other games. I thought the death being its theme was really interesting and got me hooked for its story. To the point where I love the protagonists and its characters so much. Though I love FeMC the most out of all of them... Also, I'm so happy I got to see the FeMC again after so long in the upcoming Persona Q2. |
 Help, I'm hooked into the Fate series (not all) and am obsessed with Shirou x Saber! Also, forever hoping for a ufotable remake of the Fate route! |

| I've played P3, P4, and P5. I need to get around to P2 one of these days. P3 is my least favorite of the bunch, but still a great game. However the gameplay gets extremely repetitive. Exploring the endless floors of Tartarus gets old after so many hours. There's also the fact that P3 doesn't actually have romance options. Every girl in the game you are forced to romance once you reach that certain point in the social link. Where as in P4 and P5, you have the choice to say "no" and go for the one true waifu of your choosing. Not to mention you can't control the actions of party members in battle in P3. P4 and P5 are more refined and better games pretty much across the board imo. I will say though, I enjoy P3's dark and gloomy atmosphere compared to the others, and I'm a sucker for the blue/black color palette that's all over the game. |
| I've only played Persona 3, 4 and 5. Persona 3 is the unique one of the bunch. Persona 4 is my favorite, I felt like Persona 5 was too predictable and morgana was annoying. |
| Persona 3 Has the best soundtrack in any Persona game IMO. |
