*25,905 Hai to Gensou no Grimgar Vol.9 (3 days + 1 week)
*24,514 Hai to Gensou no Grimgar Vol.10 (2 days + 1 week)
Volume 9 didn't rank again and the cut-off was 4,286.
Doubt volume 10 will rank again unless cut-off is somehow really low, sales seems more or less stable though.

Also wondering what's getting a boost this season. Last season it was basically just Konosuba and Youjo Senki and the former already had its boost before, the latter kinda fell off towards the last weeks didn't it though.
Here's hoping SukaSuka gets its share. 10 LN adaptations is a lot.

Kimi no Na wa stopped ranking already.

It's been a good and long run. RIP

Hopefully it broke some records when it was in rank.

Is it just me, or "Last Embryo" sounds like a pretty damn close copy of Mondaiji-tachi?

That's because it is a prequel.

Wasn't expecting Re:Zero to dominate the weekly chart twice. :D

Siigh.

If not for Grimgar which is kind of decent, the top 10 is filled with pretty much just trash. Not surprising but still disappointing. Rezero is set to be next SAO :/

How many of them have you read?

Tried a few. Grimgar is average. Date A Live and the mecha otaku one are absolute shlock. Tried reading REZero but gave up when I realized its just as awful as the anime(even though it fixed up some plotholes when compared to anime).

The fact that like 99% of that list is isekai nonsense with nearly identical synopsis tells the rest of the story and similar cover art. Like I said, its not surprising stuff like that sells, but still having anything decent or good in top 10 would not hurt

So three things on the list that you didnt like. Fair enough.
Re:Zero is a long way from being the "next SAO" though.

The proportion of that list that is isekai is as close to 50% as possible, and there are some very different synopses there. From Hisshou Dungeon Unei Houhou, to Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, to Seirei Gensouki.

In fact the only one with a synopsis that sounds bland and average to me is Grimgar's*... Which just goes to show how silly it is to just look at the synopsis of a series.

*and possibly Kakushi Skill de Isekai Musou's, but to nowhere near the same extent as Grimgar's does.

I'm really curious what happens in vol 12 of Re:zero now. Still hoping for season two.

Now that Last Embryo is at #3, can we get an adaptation of the rest of Mondaiji tachi

Youjo Senki was doing better in the earlier weeks, although very heavily skewed towards the first volume or two.

Plus you've got to bear in mind that KonoSuba was still seeing the aftereffects of the first season's boost when the second one came along, so you'd expect it to return to a higher base than Youjo Senki after the new boost wears off, unless Youjo Senki took off in the same way (which is very unusual).

Konosuba LN is really good if you compare with anime, which is already decent. My favorite LN, you may like it
