| You have to laugh at the fact that Yusei knew more about Yanagi's deck than Yanagi did despite those being Yanagi's cards that he supposedly treasured lol. I wasn't that invested in the duel precisely because it wasn't Yusei's deck, but at least he won Himuro's respect. The parts with Jack and Rex were far more interesting, even if the part about Yliaster controlling world events was iffy. I mean Dartz said the same thing about Doma and his organization was around since before Yliaster was established, so which organization was truly running the world? I liked the foreshadowing for the Dark Signers arc though. I never noticed it before. |
| At least Yusei has some dueling skills. It's always interesting to see some unique decks being played. Especially since so many strategies are just rushing to flood the field with high-powered monsters to pull FTK or OTK. |
