His jaw is wider, his face no longer as narrow, and the eyes are slightly different. (Note that Dawn 2.0 came out well after people had plenty of time to play the demo and complain about the "japanese boy band" look of the characters.) And after seeing that, it reminded me of the old character designs, and how they've been revamped to look less Japanese. | I hate the fact that they are all wearing black that will piss me off to hell and back until I get to download some outfit changes somehow. Thats just one of my rpg pet peeves is having characters that look too similiar, even if its not their actual faces clothes are important too especially in most jrpg where you cant change their clothes and their outfits are part of who they are individually. I know there seem to be at least 3 important female characters in the game just from watching content here and there , thats not so worrying to me. Its different if those females get almost no screentime then this game would be a sausage fest and thats almost never good. |

| Ah, I think you forgot that this game has been in development since 2006, that's 10 years ago. Technology improve, also it had to improve with the next gen consoles release, and with this long development character design changes and graphical improvement is unavoidable. | @Clebardman Now that i think about it, if someone forced that haircut on me id probably constantly get headaches because im getting one thinking of how i was considering that mistake. Also Do people really think that Tidus being "whiny and obnoxious" was such a big issue I found(as someone who cant stand whiny characters) he was being emotional to certain things that followed him throughout his life, also appropriate for the situation(at-least most of the time) I remember him being brave running towards danger following Auron when everyone else ran away during the sin attack that started during a blitzball game Its been years so maybe im forgetting things My main gripe was with the writers.. Especially with what they did in that novel thing(which they tried to pretend wasnt made by them or fan made or something like that) they released after ffx-2, this is why Witcher always comes ahead of games like this on my list of favorites. Liked FF when i was young but starting to change with X, xii, xiii and its related trash, At a point where i realize what i like and even if your game has potential im not interested if it strays too far into disliked territory. |
