College is generally regarded as the best years of your life, and most people are dirt poor. Plus you are constantly worried about failing this or that class, you're up until 2 a.m. more than 2 nights in a row just for a quiz, slamming down no-doz like candy. It all goes down from there. |

I wasted those years worrying over school and getting into university and, contrary to some people, I experienced very little drama and angst in high school (that all happened in elementary school, actually). Now, I hate having to constantly worry about whether I'll have enough money to pay for rent, food, etc. BAH! And once I graduate from university in a year, it'll be approximately 30+ years of working until I either retire or die... |

| I'm not. I'm only 15, but I can see that growing up sucks. I may have school now and tons of important exams this year but I wouldn't skip it if I had the choice. Being a teenager is the time when you don't particularly need to do anything but you have decent freedom (and deception). I never want to grow up myself. |

| I'm still a teenager. Its kind of annoying how I have like no convictions and my opinions change on pretty much everything everyday. I can't even take some of the things serious seconds after I said it. Some times I go back to read some of my essays or message board posts and can't figure out why I ever thought some of that stuff. Pretty confusing some times. I personally think that the teenage part of your life is the best part and worst part at the same time. For me its definitely leaning towards being the best part. You can never relive the moments that happen now and the friendships and experiences you have now might shape your future. I'm not particularly looking forward to getting older but I would like to be able to get a real job and drive. I'm not in any hurry to grow up. |
