| Thank you very much for a good laugh. I was getting the opinionated circuits of my brain in gear (just to be clear I'm not racist). But, go for the 10k - even I can run 5k in a pretty good time and I'm not someone who exercises without a good reason. |

When I used to do some long distance running, 16K (usually called 10-miler) was my favourite distance. While I could finish half marathons just fine, I could do 16K and a much faster/more enjoyable pace. |

| ha, good one. Can never do long-distance, cross-country. All I can do is the 100m, even 200m feels like a mile to me. I have a body that is made for short bursts of energy i.e. football(american football) like running a curl route or pursuing the ball carrier and tackling him. The average football play lasts for 3-5 seconds, the longest a play can be is 15-20 seconds and that's like when somebody gets a pick six from the opposing endzone. |

| I did the 200 and 400 when I did track. Unfortunately I was too good for the other freshmen and got put with the juniors and seniors who were all like a foot taller than me and had beards. It was scary and I got my ass kicked every race. Lost all motivation and didn't sign up the next year. |
