| Fillerish episode, but I miss these.. The recent episodes have been really heavy. Judai's being difficult and a jerk, and I'm 100% on Asuka's side. |

| I'm not surprised at all that this happened. At this point, after everything he's been through, Judai doesn't need to rely on anyone and actually hardly did for any major duels. You could add him losing his friends in the 3rd season to this drama too. But overall he's being a real jerk about it. Go on Asuka, slap some sense into him! |

| The teacher was pretty hilarious, she sets Marshmallon in attack mode. It reminded me of Serenity from Duel Monsters but at least she got the hang of it. Tbh ever since Judai got back from his away time he's been way too serious. I don't blame him since all the events that happened, the friends that got hurt, it makes him feel too responsible. As for Asuka i feel bad for her. I do agree Judai is being a jerk, he should lighten up a bit, it's not like he's dueling anyone who is a threat to him in those pair duels. |

| So apparently there are duel colleges in the GX world? Talk about an unnecessary institution, even more than Duel Academia itself lol. I thought that Judai's strange obsession with winning while not really caring about Asuka's cards was annoying. Some people praise season 4 Judai for being more serious but I loathe him compared to his younger enthusiastic self. Also Samejima and Tome should just hook up already. |
| With the removal of all the meta jokes, gags, and quips, the subbed version of GX really does feel like a different show. The VAs are taking their roles seriously, the dialogue is a lot more focused, the OST is much more restrained than the rock-filled dub, and there's actual moments of reflection and sentimentality. Can't believe how different it is. |
| You can tell on the reluctant look on Judai's face that he would reaaaaaaaaally rather be tag-dueling with Johan instead Well hang in there Judai, you'll get to do so again at the end of the series! |
