If you go for a run, walk, use a treadmill, and such do you have a certain song you like to play? For me I have 1 song that I just keep on repeat.

This song is a nice Russian rap by ST who is a Martial Artist and of course rapper. This track just makes me lost track of time and before I know it 30 minutes passed and 400+ calories have been burned on the step machine.

If you use more than one song feel free to tell about that too.

Guy has a pretty weak looking body for a martial artist. Just sayin'. The fuck do Russians rap about I wonder? Bear attacks? It wasn't actually as bad as I thought it was going to be though.

Anyway, no I don't have a specific song that I listen to, although I have several playlists. Couple examples though:

A rap that has movements? No, couldn't be. Some real shit right here Daedric, pay attention.

Ok I couldn't keep a straight face saying that, just so you know. Shit's good though. Also:

While I don't really excerise, I guess I can still relate. Music I put on repeat while I'm doing daily chores is Lindsey Stirling.

Just this once, I'll fulfill whatever your wish is.

Ha awesome me too.

When I run and listen to music I listen to stupid stuff like moment of truth, all star, you can do it... ect. That's because I like the background motivation. I want someone telling me I can do it when the rest of my body is screaming for me to stop doing it.
"Expect nothing, or you will get caught up in the future and not pay attention to the present. Just do the practice diligently, do it because you enjoy it, do it because you believe in it. Don't wait for results, don't wait for it to happen." -VD

In fact especially the first one always makes me want to run faster than I would need for cardio. It's perfect for starting, while the second one runs on repeat for the rest of the cardio.
I probably regret this post by now.

Work out songs huh ... I like Rock alot and kind of just go by the mood I'm in, like if I'm going Jogging and not too tired (run at 6 AM after getting like 4 hours of sleep) I'll listen to Led Zeppelin but usually I need something fast and intense ...

Some good bands I like are ones like:

- Disturbed - Down With The Sickness
Avenged Sevenfold - Bat Country
Three Days Grace - Break
Seether - Remedy
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Trapt - Headstrong
Mötley Crüe - Dr. Feel Good
AC/DC - Back In Black
Airbourne - Bottom of the Well
Judas Priest - You've Got Another Thing Comin'
Papa Roach - Last Resort
White Stripes - Icky Thump
