| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Now this was god damn epic. Too bad that Mamoru wasn't really Mamoru. That scene would be even more depressing and manlier. Oh well, at least we had Guy's manly shouting and manly tears. |

| "Have you forgotten, Mamoru? Victory goes to... THOSE WITH COURAGE!!" Guy vs. Mamoru. GaoFighGar vs. Star GaoGaiGar. The battle that ends with tragic results. It makes me tear up with manly tears. |
| So freaking awesome. GaoGaiGar vs GaoFighGar. Except that wasn't really Mamoru. I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with killing off Dandruff-san's wife like that. I get that it was supposed to show us that Mamoru had truly crossed the line, but it seemed kinda lame to introduce her like that only to kill her off after two episodes and hints at special powers. Honestly, the part where GaoGaiGar tore ChoRyuJin in half did just as good a job showing us that Mamoru needed to be stopped. |
| This episode really proves that mecha vs mecha is so much more epic. Don't get me wrong though the fights with Zonders were pretty good but this was on a whole other level. |

| What was up with that wincest shot of Swan & Stallion? (fingers interlocked and his hand practically on her ass) Wow, 1 death already! Pretty sure I've seen something like this before (psychic girl gets introduced and dies immediately) Don't like GaoFighGar's design, looks like the original had sex with Mic 13. Fusion isn't as impressive either. Guess they're ditching the BioNet stuff. |
