| So obvious that she was the killer and the head priest. Especially when they showed the killer's arm which looked pale and feminine. But it was a nice 5 parter! |
| Very surprising, that was a fantastic arc. It got a little silly near the end at times, and had a few small problems consistency wise, but overall the problems were definitely excusable. Definitely one of my favorite mystery stories in an anime as of now! Unlike the dude above me, I really didn't expect it to be Mio, I guess I'm just as bad as ever at picking up on the hints the anime throws at me. The progression of the mystery was fast, engaging and constantly thought provoking, the murders and the alibi trick were some really smart stuff, the characters as always were incredibly simple but as always did their job efficiently, and the message as expected was a good one, all creating a journey that was fascinating from the start to the end! High hopes that the series continues with these long high stakes mysteries. |

| Ummhhh they haven't had any choppers or airplanes take a look at the village from air or any satellite imagery or anything? That would've solved the case before it even began. This anime is based in early 2000s, they had all those technologies then and now. |

| A really good case. But the girl continuing the tradition of murder for a long dead generation is not believe enough. Now if the grandfather forcefully made her do the first kill, it would become more believable reason. But that's not the case because grandfather is already dead when she first killed. Showing the tube with virus during growing up is not believable enough physiological effect for her murder spree. |
