Breeding, not bleeding, I hope? >.> A dragon breeder is fine, a dragon bleeder is a bit disheartening.

Does sound kinda neat though. If it's quality like Seirei I'm sure it will deliver.

Oops, corrected. Thanks. This novel is not related to Uehashi sensei's "Moribito" series, but it's highly rated by the readers. The anime will also be a good one, I believe.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this. On one hand Seirei no Moribito was pretty good, on the other hand Seirei no Moribito had Balsa which made it infinitely better than it would've been without her. So unless this new series has a better story than Moribito or has a character or characters the level of Balsa I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to watch 50 episodes of it.

was she adopted by by someone or is this a scifi series and she actually was adapted?

any chance of changing apiarist to bee keeper? don't think most ppl know what an apiarist is.

can someone add this to the database? i'm not sure how to.

prolly just letting OCD get to me, but shouldn't it be
?

tho honestly there are still sections of this that make no sense to me and would need to be altered by someone who had actually read the book(s).

This is pretty awesome news, however, I didn't really like Sisters of Welber or Toshokan Sensou all that much so I'm a bit hesitent, but otherwise optimistic. I do wonder though if they are ever gonna animate the rest of the Moribito novels.

I am EXTREMELY fond of female protasgonist in adventure series....(not only in anime like Juuni Kokki, Seirei no Moribito, Toshokan Sensou but I do actually read books from Tamora Pierce for instance...)

Why isn't Kenji Kamiyama directing this one? He's the best director IG has (or had?). I wouldn't bet on this being as good as Seirei no Moribito given the staff (especially if someone responsible for two of IGs worst shows, Real Drive and Blood+ is responsible).

I'll post it when it's officially announced.

But I worry about the tight schedule of Production I.G. in 2009. They have Sengoku BASARA, Oshii's new movie, this Kemono no Soujya, and the possible Kamiyama's new anime. I think they will outsource a lot.

I'm not sure about that. It's just that ANN lists that as one of the titles... and I know when searching for a series on here I usually use the translated title because it's easier for me to remember. Other people might be like that as well and not find it at first.

maybe he's working on moribito 2 (wishful thinking)
