| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- RAW is out! STILL LOVE THE STORYLINE. I liked from the manga and so far so good for me. At least the story is not that distorted compared with other anime showings. The sotry is going GOOD! The fight against Reiji...I LOVED IT! Especially THE MUSIC! The music IS EPIC! Love THAT MUSIC! The fight was better then I though, I found it PATHETIC that Hayase went something of baby being frustrated when he he was like smashing things without thinking. JUST PLAIN STUPID FRUSTRATION. Risako was LOL when she was talking then the next minute cannot take it and have to go see my friends for support. LOL but Risako is way better than Kizaki but I ADMIT KIZAKI TO BE MORE MATURE than Risako. I did not like Hayase being beaten up in this one! I HATED EVEN MORE that Kizaki stopped him! I though in the manga he used up to this point his secret laser weapon "EXECUTOR!" Yajima seems to feel powerless more and more. True, true that their friendship is getting less warmer but THINGS CHANGE. Even I LOST SOME FRIENDS TO GAIN OTHER THINGS. HIGHLIGHTS! Rachel is more known in this episode+Kizaki LOOKS KAWAIIIIin Apron, yeah the apron look nice too.   MEET THE NEW ENEMY GROUP!   Risako is nice in this dress+RISATO/YAJIMA/HAYASE when they were KIDS! So nice to remember when we were all children!     Risato WAS SO LOL when she talked with Kizaki!   Love the battle of LineBarrels against the ambush+YES LOVE THE BATTLE with Reji but I still HATE Hayase getting beaten up like that!   NICE POSE OF LINEBARRELS!  |

| I'm quite uncertain. Is it actually getting better or is it just so bad, that I started to enjoy it?! The badguys summit was ridiculous, reminded me of the old Power Rangers show. On the other hand, Risato meeting "grab-my-boobs-coz-i-lost-my-memory" girl was pretty funny. The hardest part is still surviving the OP (sorry angel, remind me to grab you a beer)! |

| That giving the kid an adult face was just STUPID. And I'm not much fond of Kouichi's chivalrous attitude. But everything else was pretty awesome. I really wanted to see Kouichi kill that other guy with his RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE. Rage killing is always the best. Because you actually good while while watching it an not sorry for the other person. And the guy Kouchi had the upper hand for a while there due to RAGE, but no, bitch had to interrupt it with her moralfaggotry. Well yet Kouchi is a moralfag as well, but at least he doesn't ACT like a moralfag. He pwns bitches. |

I actually wanted to see him pwn Reiji there; I'm not sure how the plot would develope after that, probably some kida trainwreck, but it would've been awesome anyway to see an annoying character win against a haxmachine for once. | you know i've never seen an anime have the protagonist be so hated. so while i hate the character with all of my existence, i am a bit curious to see how it turns out. while being an ass kouichi was able to finally express his feeling and how he has felt all these years and then at the same time he was told that he was a douche so it was a good epi in that sense. |

| This episode was SO bad. The first two episodes had at least some interest to them : the hero was a dick and the script was original with no compromise. This third episode is all mushy with crappy characters appearing freom nowhere (Reiji...), the hero starts to express his feelings (well, great, another emo...), there's even more fanservice than before, and it seems to be getting on "normal" tracks. It doesn't interest me anymore, not that it was a good show before that, but now I can drop it, there's nothing left to enjoy for me. |

| I a bit confused. People keep saying he's destroying houses but the last two fights he had where at the boat docs. All the buildings him and the enemy's have destroyed where clearly just warehouses. So technically he hasn't destroyed anyone's house or the town for that matter. I'm happy he went nuts in this episode. I'm still liking that fact that a questionable person has become the "hero" of the show. I hope his personality stays the same or close to the same. |

| Wow...I can definitely say that I hate the animation. Particularly the CG battles and mecha...I REALLY hate it lol. And I had hated the story at first...but decided to not give up yet and watch a few more episodes and I am glad that I did. The story improved greatly...and although Kouichi is a major ass...I think that the fact the main protagonist is drunk with power and self destructive makes it all the more enjoyable. I figure now that he realizes he has hurt many peoples feeling...not to mention the considerable damage that he caused...he probably will soften up and join this JUDAS organization to pilot Linebarrels and fight injustice throughout the world...or at least kick that other terrorist/radical/rebellious organizations ass lol...all the while increasing his skill and mastery of Linebarrels by astronomical amounts. *Sigh*...still, the story is better and...despite the CG...and the lines/shadow on NEARLY EVERY characters cheeks...I will continue to watch...mostly because it IS improving. Hopefully next episode will be even better. p.s. - I feel bad for Yajima...protected that loser all those years and no "thank you"! |

The problem with this is that a character needs a certain amount of cool factor to pull off being a douche and have people like them. Kouichi does not have a sufficient cool factor to pull it off, so he ends up just being a douche and not awesome. lol agreeded. Atleast he doesn't have this now, I can't say if it would be good that he gets to be liked or not.. I can see both good and bad things with both of those happening.. |

| Here are my thoughts and questions on this anime up to this point. 1: Why is the town getting attacked like EVERY DAY?! Seriously, It's like that town is in a war zone. You would think that the military would be able to protect it better. 2: Main protagonist had a mental breakdown this episode, which was kinda funny. However him losing the Linebarrel as well as the girl makes him useless now. Unless he gets the Linebarrel back, chances are I might drop the anime (maybe). 3: Why is he being a jerk to his best friends as well as everyone else? It's not like they ever hurt him. Note: Sorry for not listing the characters names as I don't have them memorized at the moment. |
