Yeah, that orphan thing gets old? It feels like a really fake kind of tension here. I want to tell her: "Just tell Jimmie the truth!"

But then again, Judy's moving in some pretty wealthy circles, so I can understand how there'd be an enormous gap between her life and their lives.

My question: if Jimmie is like an older brother to her, why does she blush so much when he calls her on the phone, hmm?

Seems weird replying to a post a year ago but she is still a young girl so when any young guy asks her out of course she's going to blush.

I see Judy really has a bad habit of dramatically running away when she can't deal with her emotions. It happened twice in one episode! Anyways I do feel bad for her, and the fact she refused to go on a date with Jimmie because of Julia's interest in him made me sad. But maybe its for the best, Jervie-botchan best boy after all.
Judy's development through the series already has been fantastic and I'm really excited to see how she decides to deal with her secrecy when the time comes. If Jervis is Daddy or a companion of him it won't be an issue with him however.

oh also reverse harem territory?????

Judy has two suitors already. Feel bad for Julia, which I didn't think would happen.

Julia stiffing Judy and Sally with the tea bill, not one, but twice was very funny.

Yeah, Judy getting involved with the family of her friends is probably not the best idea, it can create a lot of tension.
And the orphanage thing is like her biggest weakness, she always hated being there, hated the attitude of the rich people towards her, she always aspired for something more and not be belittled simply because she doesn't have her parents anymore. So in this case it makes a lot of sense that she runs away because in her head it will completely destroy their relation.

Now this was a good and eventful episode. Julia likes Jimmie, who seems to like Judy, who sees him as a big brother and seems to like Jervis. To be honest Judy and Jimmie do get along well together, but I believe he can turn Julia into a better person too so I guess I'm rooting for them. I even felt a bit sad for her when she couldn't see him at that restaurant, and I laughed when she left Judy and Sallie behind to pay for themselves, after saying that she would pay for them, not once but twice. xD Good thing they had enough money the two times. lol I'm not sure how I feel about Julia's gifts to Jimmie and the way she gave/tried to give that jewel to Sallie though. It's like she feels money can buy anything, even affection. But maybe that's the only way she knows how to express her feelings, and that's kind of sad so I can't really condemn her for doing this. And Poor Judy, her lies are finally catching up to her. She couldn't even talk properly to Jimmie on the phone, and I felt bad for him too since it was like she was pushing him away without a motive. She asked her Daddy Long Legs for help, and then Jervis suddenly decided to visit them. Here's hoping he can help her somehow. But the only way to be free from those feelings is by being honest and the more she delays it, the more it's going to hurt.

Man I love Judy but why is she so overdramatic all the time? Running away and clinging onto a random tree, crying and moaning. Sure it SHOULD unsettle her, because now she is presented with a new kind of ordeal - having people genuine interested in her and wanting to either befriend her so honestly or develop a romantic relationship with her; and the same goes for her as well, she would also like to develop these relationships. Of course she'd feel hurt that she has deceived them and betrayed their feelings and kindness, especially when they keep saying "I want to hear your stories", implying they desire to know the real her more.

Yes it's not unreasonable to feel deeply disconcerted. But man I wish she doesn't react like that 24/7. This has always been an her personal issue (lying and whatnot) throughout the series, the reaction atp should've been much different. She seems to never be able to adapt to it, and keeps doing the same shoujo routine. I'll still forgive it though, despite not liking melodrama.

Yeah score one for Judy being a good friend to Julia, plus Jimmie DID seem interested in her until she tsun tsun-ed her way out of it.

And OF course Jervie bochan is the man for her! It's obvious!

By definition, everything is retro since by the time you realize something has happened it's already in the past.
