They might seem close but what i see here was a pretty normal sibling relation till the point where he mentioned that he was going to kiss her. | As much as I liked the set-up in the previous series, this first serious villian was well worth the wait... I'm really liking Kaiki even more now then in his intro'; supernatural poison + non fighter + con artist = high level sinister. Interesting good stuff. ;) |

| I can't get the image of Eri Kitamura being Sayaka from MadoMagi out of my head. I see Karen, and I hear Sayaka. And they're even thinking in a similar naively idealistic way... Good that Karen is stronger, though. Loved this episode just like every other of this series. |

| After Karen's intro, i expected/wanted her to be a more badass character considering the martial arts background. Wish she wasn't as much of a pushover as we see here. I understand it's all necessary for the plot however, cause what beats naked loli baths? loli incest of course. |

| So in the next episode are we going to get the infamous scene that's been talked about in the Light novel discussions? I am starting to agree with those that think this season is getting a bit over-the-top with the sexual tension and innuendo. Especially with characters that are considered "underage" in most western countries. The dialogue itself is still amusing. But the overall scenes are getting rather awkward to watch for me. |

Well fanservice is nice and all but it seems to get more focus than the plot right now. A plot that really goes slowly. I dodn't know but it just doesn't seem to be as good as Bakemonogatari. |

Anyway it was nice learning more about Karen's spirited personality and she's so cute + she bites too. All around win rite here. Short couple moments of adorable Shinobu hnnnnnnnnnnngggggg. Cool to see Araragi able to talk to her anytime. And lmao when his towel dropped, was anticipating it the entire time. I am also looking forward/ hope to see Senjougahara's reaction to all this at the end of the arc. Every single episode has been just awesome. |

| Wincest. Jokes aside, it was interesting how she got the bee. I highly doubt he would actually kiss her since this series always seems to tease you. Also, it feels more like Araragi's personality to jokingly do/say something like that. |

That made it an 8 for me, Karen even made my favorite characters list after that XD Nisemonogatari seems a lot more generous with fan service than bakemonogatari was... I mean considering how much they've shown and we're only at ep5. Loving the dialogue as always! |

| Tsukihi is such a loose cannon character. No wonder she doesn't get along with Koyomi. Hell yeah, finally screentime for Karen! She looks great with her hair down. Maybe she should keep that style for a change, just as Tsukihi cut her hair short. Then Koyomi's last line to Karen, that was a surprise. I enjoyed this episode. Nice to hear marshmallow justice again, too. |
