| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Meruga is quite hot in a swimsuit and even though she didn't join Ryuuji's harem she did give him some sugar, making Rose furious in typical Rie style. The battle ended with the Ice Age Lost Precious disintegrating and George recovering from his insanity. Poor misunderstood Misaki she's in terrible shock over the engage, she's thinking that Ryuuji will be marrying Rose. |

| Maruga was pretty shy during the beginning of this episode and that she ends the episode with a kiss on the cheek. Making Rose angry. Rose behavior was a bit strange in this episode and she even caused a major misunderstanding with Misaki who was in clear shock after that. Maruga's uncle who was possessed with anger and hatred put up a pretty nice fight even fully possessing George in the process. I feel sorry for Ryuuji friends most of the time Ryuuji was occupied with the others. |

| The ending scene was great. It was cute how Rose shielded Ryuji. The sword being cursed was a nice setup for the fight scene. Wolf girl next week hope I'm not disappointed. |

Loved jealous/angry Rose being all defensive of Ryuji (especially at the ending :P) Lol at Misaki... poor Eto-san misunderstanding Rose's little speech (not that she knows what's going on at all) And now, I can't wait for the next episode either!!!! I've been waiting to see who that wolf girl is but I'm sad that Maruga's leaving the picture, she was pretty interesting to me... oh well DenjaX said: Btw the Ice rage made me confused... | Curse you Haruka Ryuuji! Why do you keep hurting Rose by ignoring her feelings? Oh, I see you've brought a present for that certain minor character classmate who's going to fail in the end. How come you've never given Rose anything? What's more, you've just stolen the heart of another Dragon. Just how many rivals are ya gonna keep gathering Seriously, you haven't changed at all since Yosuga no Sora the begining of the seires have you? Nah...He does care about Rose. I mean, sure I understand he doesn't want her to reveal her dragon form to prevent her from getting killed by George. But the problem with these protagonists is that they care about the girl's safety and well being. With this mindset blinding them, they fail to listen to what the girl really wants. That aside, I see that Black organization still hasn't given up on Rose yet, sending that agent to the chapel (I cant remember her name, but she was definitely seen with Onyx). And what's with that weird mask in Ryuuji's flashback? |

| I was hoping it wouldn't take the unncessary harem route last episode... but when she ran to ryuuji i facepalmed. Hey, at least we got a kiss though. If she reoccurs i am fine with it. As usual, picking on the stupid friends is fun. That poor girl. |
| While it was enjoyable, I found George somewhat disappointing this episode. Being possessed is kind of boring since all they had to do was get rid of the possession to make him wonderful again. Maruga turned out to be a fun character with a great design. |

This episode was really goo in regards to Maruga in not only fan service of her but also her background story. George Evans was not that bad either. The fight at the end did it’s job at getting the excitement through. I found Ryuuji’s friends just added to comedy fine. I think George Evans and Maruga need to be addressed but first and foremost they did one of my favorites scenes in anime rather very I should say. That of the Red Dragon’s moon flight, Anything that has such a scene is always a favorite of mine’s. About Magura, Magura from the beginning has a nice dress and figure. Her shy expression towards George showed a nice side to her. Her swimsuit suit along with her breast exposure in the spoiler What’s more to learn is females can make any male go emotionally for Magura does describe her uncle before all that happened as someone who brought her foreign human items but most of all I found interesting is that Magura’s uncles would tell her stories to sooth her sadness. it just proves that he was a fine person before being consumed emotionally. So the sword really is a item he got from the human world and the only left of him. I find it most fascinated by the explanation of why it could be cursed and the curse may be done by powerful beings in transferring their malice to it. It’s a good explanation for a possible factor of what makes the Lost Precious cursed in the first place among other reasons. Magura looks really good laughing, another of her character strong points, her happiness. I have to say that the charm her father gave her could have been magic embedded because of its reaction towards possessed George. Guess the father knew that the sword is cursed. The fight itself people should notice that Magura used water to push George back and more obvious ice to freeze him in a prison. That was cool despite Magura being scrapped by the sword’s attack which suggests that it does not only freeze but can create ice slashes that act like real sword slashes from a distance. That part itself got me scarred a little for Magura. In the end, Magura got her uncles released in a beautiful fashion. Magura also challenged Rose with the marriage term and it was rather fun to see Rose react to that. For people wondering about the kiss, if you look closely here, it’s on the cheek. That is because of the way she was leaning towards Ryuuji. A kiss means for royalty a direct engagement and she would not do that in front of Rose at all. Rest in spoiler About preview, next episode is going to be great because Ai is coming! I like anime girls with 2 different eye colors. They always great for me. On top of that she is a fox/tanuki girl. Sounds like fun and I want to see her powers. |

| I don't understand why some people say that Ryuuji is ignoring Rose's feelings again. In this episode, Rose is really the one being naive and ignorant of the situation. Yes, it may seem that Ryuuji ignores her feelings, but I guess that's understandable how he acts that way given the serious situation. However, his best interest is still in Rose and even though Rose says he's just assuming, his assumption is completely logical. In fact, his "assumption" is very right, as shown in the end. (It's useless to TALK to someone possessed by Cursed Precious.) The only problem is that Ryuuji doesn't explain things to her and Rose is being too impulsive. That's all. Other than that, Rose's cuteness is full of win again this episode~ |

| Good episode. They got Rose's breasts right. That's good. Rose is still adorable. Everything she does is saturated in Moe and Kawaii. Ryuuji didn't pay enough attention to Rose today, but it's understandable. He was dealing with some heavy shit. Saving lives, protecting his own, sneaking around a man with God like powers who was skilled in their use. Rose herself could have handled herself better. If she has a problem with what he's doing she should bring it up when they're alone, or during a calm moment when Ryuuji has the time to explain. When the gangs all together discussing what tactic will let them get through this in one piece is not the time to have this conversation. Ryuuji, in turn, should have inquired about her refusal to attend their heist. It's understandable, he was distracted. Really they both just need to work on their communication skills. This is also understandable. They're young. Etou is starting to bug me. Not because of anything she's doing. She's an adorable character. She's cute and likeable, and in another series she would be a high point. This being said it's starting to look like they're treating Ryuuji X Rose pretty seriously. They're not OTP, they're a legitimate couple. I don't need love triangles set up around a committed relationship. Nothing good comes of that. All that leads to is Zero no Tsukaima situations where the relationship is incapable of advancing and every other harem member looks like a whore for trying to steal the man when they're both clearly committed and love eachother. Or worse, School Days situations, which I just don't need in this show. Hopefully we'll help Etou move on to some other guy and then this can become an awesome show that has awesome relationships rather than a terrible show that has fanservice and distasteful interactions. Maruga was fun. It'll be nice to see her again, but only if they don't make her part of the harem. She and George could actually make a pretty cute couple. Don't see that happening, but the option's open. George himself was great. His character is still crude. We'll need to develop that a bit if we want him to be a recurring character. This being said he's got some good traits in the works, he's fun to watch, and he's likable. If we bring him back though I hope it's as a villain. Set up one of those classic scenarios like in Gundam Seed or Code Geass, or many other shows where they like eachother a lot and respect eachother greatly, but are on opposite sides of the war. He'd be a respectable adversary. As powerful as Ryuuji, more skilled, more experienced, and unbending in his principles. I don't think we've legitimately convinced him Dragons are good. Think he was just taken aback that he'd been save by some. Hopefully when he comes back his shame over having required aid from servants of the devil will be a driving force for him. If he comes back as an ally I can't see him being much more than a goofy sidekick who's strong at first but quickly fails to keep up with Ryuuji's growth. Like how poor krillin was the strongest human in existence, but was useless throughout all of Dragonball Z because everyone else was an Uber OP Alien. When everone else can destroy planets with a thought, Krillin's little energy disk isn't really impressive. I see a similar situation with George should he become an ally. Learning about the Cursed Precious was good. Some nice backstory for Ryuuji. I didn't like that he could just vaporize the sword like that though. A weapon of that caliber shouldn't be destroyed so easily. Furthermore, Ryuuji hadn't been shown to have that much control over his powers, and specifically said he couldn't use the dagger in a way that wouldn't be lethal. Suddenly being able to pinpoint the sword while wrapping tendrils of flame around the man once they'd become engaged was just stupid. "No! I can't control all this Power! I know! Let's give me even more power, then I'll be able to control it!" Wolf girl next episode should be awesome^^ |

I don't think it's fair to place all the fault on Ryuuji, because Rose isn't entirely innocent. If you'd think carefully, Ryuuji understands exactly what's happening with George, but Rose doesn't. So with Rose's innocent thinking, she thinks that George isn't bad, which is true, but she's missing the point! (George's evil is due to being possessed.) With this, half of the problem is with Rose. I wouldn't say Ryuuji is not at fault, because he doesn't explain things to her (which was what you mentioned), and he doesn't chase after Rose who runs away. But as I said, "that's understandable how he acts that way given the serious situation"! In short, both are at fault. (But I'm not surprised, because that's how anime is always written.) |

| While the story is still pretty meh, the art and soundtrack of this series is amazing. Every battle scene has a fantastic track and is visually appealing. Characters are getting better, although the school friends are a bit wasted. No idea why they even exist honestly but whatevs. Hoping for more george, since he was a pretty entertaining character. Leagues better than the last 2 eps. |
