Inb4 closed for simple listing.

Steins;Gate. It is implied that Kurisu and Okabe get together despite Kurisu not having any memory of their relationship. Well some, as every has stein;reader to an extent but this was nailed by the 25th episode, which I thought ended things perfectly, although a bit drawn out. Perhaps it would've been better to leave it open, but I thought it was great for those looking for a bit more.

[spoiler]Or they might just enjoy good writing instead of random deus ex machina endings that reset everything. Just a theory.
I probably regret this post by now.

Sad taste you have there kid you came up to me in the first place making you look more like a kid who got slapped without me even knowing it and start crying about it to me

I think Baccano was able to wrap everything pretty well.
And Ping Pong the Animation's ending was beautiful.

Char's Counterattack had a good ending for me even though the movie as a whole was messy and far from great.
Ashita no Joe 2 and Macross: Do You Remember Love also had great endings. Heck, even the open ending of Cross Game was fairly satisfying.

It does not have to be perfect. What anime you've seen that has a very satisfying ending.

As a start,

Monster
Code Geass
Cross Game
Heroic Age

the one i like most is neon genesis evangelion

The Tatami Galaxy, Katanagatari, Ping Pong the Animation and Mawaru Penguindrum, basically all of my favorites that are complete adaptations/original works. If you consider arcs as well, the ending to Koimonogatari with Kaiki's speech was perfect as well.

Space Dandy - A solid conclusive ending, but since it's an episodic anime, it still left the possibility for more episodes.
Texhnolyze - It cannot get any more conclusive than this.

Cowboy bebop's ending is considered that good?
I personally felt it was little bit anticlimatic, and the last episode is what made me rate it 7 and not 8. I feel it didn't fit the rest of the show at all.

You guys saying Angel Beats... are you for real? That shit had one of the worst endings I've seen in anime. Terribly forced and a fucking plothole, to boot. Not to mention the cringe-worthiness of the "romance" and the rushed character "development". I'd give it's ending a 2, if we're to be speaking on a purely critical standard.

OT; 2 of my top 5, I consider to have amazing endings. Those two are Shinsekai Yori and Shirobako. Shirobako closed it entirely, while still leaving it open. It's not easy to do something like that. And SSY, words can't describe how I feel on that, but I'll have to say that the final episode is, to date, one of the best anime episodes I've ever watched, second only to Death Note's second episode and that is only because DN's episode 2 was one of the first episodes I watched and the first to completely take my breath away.
