Gan Fall elaborates upon the Dials and Mantra. Shura is the first of the eighty-one to fall, to Wiper. The Shandians divide to conquer and two are eliminated immediately by an Enforcer, who is himself immediately eliminated by Luffy (who exerts almost no effort whatsoever in doing so). If that's four down, then we've seventy-two to go.

We get to see a demonstration of how impact dials work and the battles start. It is unusual that two of the four vassals of the final boss of this arc are the first two people to be taken out during this "game of death". If they are the chief henchmen of God Eneru, why are they so quick to be axed off? I mean, this is great for being unpredictable but it is also strange. Is it because these guys haven't fought anyone on their level in the six years that they have ruled Skipiea and they became super cocky? If Vyper is capable of defeating one of the vassals, why hasn't he already killed one before this? I guess they were all too scared of Eneru to try and they thought the death of Mr. Ball-guy was the only lucky break they could get? I guess so. All the same, great fight scenes!

Mantra is an interesting power, it is like a genetic devil fruit meaning that people can have 2 (or maybe more) supernatural abilities expanding the scope of fights.

Uh oh Luffy and Wyper meet at the end!

Information on impact dials were given in this chapter and also more on a few other dials. They're so powerful! the reject dial is so over powered but it also harms the user so there's the downside of using it...

Mantra seems really powerful! you can use it to read people? and Enel's mantra can reach across the entirety of the sky island?! he is so powerful! It's cool that there's more than just devil fruits for powers in one piece!

Also Luffy singing lol, I had to go and listen to the anime version right after finishing lol!
