Also, I know it's a trope in on itself, but can we retire "fine I'll explain you how my secret technique works in great details so you can counter it and beat me" bs?
Fine, the technique does need to be explained to the readers, we need to know how it works. Make it into inner monologue then. Otherwise characters look kinda dumb, throwing away their trump card this easily.

Great chapter, it was some time since I've started to think that Evil Eye switched too fast from threat to friend and I didn't find something that could explain this sudden change. After this chapter I'm okay with this, it was Evil Eye himself who got befriended, believing Seiko's words, to make him part of the family.

Thsi was so smart, I thought they were gonna fuse but they pull this. It’s been a while since a shounen actually entertained me. Definitely one of the better shounens to date if not one the best since the big three for me.

In reality, knowing your opponent's secret technique does not necessarily give you an advantage, if the technique is so powerful the opponent will never be able to find a way to counter it in such a short time, You have to look at it like, 'Now you're against the wall and I've basically won, so now I'm going to tell you how I'm going to beat you with this new technique.

Ps: Then I want to say in the case of dandadan this thing makes even more sense, it's a Battle cliché that never gets old

Respectfully, did you read the chapter properly? He literally explained they DIDN'T "fuse"; they were switching back and forth very fast. So when he is firing his evil gun, think of it like using a flame thrower but quickly pulling and releasing the trigger constantly, its power would be much lesser...
