| The beach episode! I knew this show would eventually have one and here we are. Perfect fit for a Summer vacation too imo. Hijitan is funny trying to protect Beniko. It was a fun episode, Seimei had time to also hang out the boys and there was fireworks display too. Glad they glad their break. |

beach time let's go!  Classic beach episode with hilarious moments, especially this youkai fight over the girls. I found the whole thing about how youkai are born pretty interesting, but some of them are just pure meme material 😂😂. Sano being a god was unexpected, but the anime had been dropping hints since the beginning, and now it’s finally confirmed! |

| Fun beach half of the episode, the boys going babe hunting was funny but damn Maizuka ruined it with his bromance lol, but hey at least the babes we know and love were looking good, Utagawa is quite stacked for a skeleton lol. One particular moment I loved was when the guys looked over to Zashiki and were sorely disappointed, that really reminded me of a bit that made me laugh so hard from another anime called “Shuffle” where a very similar joke was made, I really gotta rewatch that one to see if it’s as funny as I remember lol. And the second half was mostly focused on finding out where babies come from, baby youkai specifically lol, there were a lot of interesting ones, some had certain requirements to be met and others just happen almost randomly, sounds about right for youkai lol. But I wasn’t expecting this bit to end with a massive Sano lore drop, turns out he’s a god, it makes sense but for some reason it never crossed my mind, now they really got me interested in Sano’s brother, for now tho we got a wholesome moment between Sano and Haruaki, bro shoulda known nothing would change between them even if his secret is out. |

| The class having their beach break, and the boys sure got shot down by the girls fast, as much as Sano is the class's bait to hook up with other girls, if only Mamekichi didn't interfere lols. As much as this is a back-and-forth approach, getting into Sano's wrath is never good, and that leaves only him and the tanuki enjoying themselves. At least Hijita got his manhood impressing Beniko, even if it's an act. The last day of Summer break with the yokai chasing up on their homework, and Sano's topic of births are interesting to say the least by asking some of the yokai, to which they have their own respective contraptions. Haruaki knowing the only difference in his class being Sano, who really isn't a yokai but a god himself, he basically knew it all along, though the latter's realization came late, and Yanagida basically eavesdropping by transporting them, the fireworks is the only way he could keep his ears shut. Hijita, you dug your grave not completing your homework... |
