the manga before the anime aired has 4 million copies in circulation but now its 8 million copies its not as great as other shueisha manga greats and even frieren and blue lock manga sales that was boosted each to 20 plus million copies after their anime aired but good enough for them then what matters is the legal streaming profit as the case for chainsaw man being monster hit in legal streaming sites
