| No friends irl though I try to be nice arround people. My bro is mainly my close friend I can say anything to. For a sub five, not much people care to get that close since their is very little to gain from it. You learn pretty quick as a sub five many people will cancel you over the smallest things. This is why the idea of people acting nice is not real friendship in my book. Women generally will have real support groups while men will have a much more limited form of it to none depending on looks. Introversion is a learned behavior from negative social feedback in childhood. While this is a meme it is a useful message to sub fives.  |

I'm here to work and if they do, I would be most comfortable with women doing it, since they compliment actual styles and piece of clothing, not a casual "you are looking good." And in general, you are making things up how you pretend the world is functioning. Nobody cares about your height, especially if it's not romantic or sexual, people care about someone else attitude, morals and worldviews. | @philtecturophy Yes, I think pets should also count, but I dunno. Most times I rather feel like a parent than a friend, although it's still a bit in the friend-category. I feel like you have to treat a cat as your equal, then they absolutely adore you (aside when you have to force them to the vet or anything). |

| I have 4-5 irl friends (friends as in, people I actually hang out with - only 1 is a long friend, the others are casual). Online, I only have 1 real friend (my best friend of 15 years). Depression has made it really difficult to keep up with any other online friends, so all other online friendships have almost entirely fainted. I only message some of them every few months. |

I've been chatting with some people online almost every day for years. I'd say I have a lot of acquaintances (such as coworkers and neighbors), a bunch of casual friends (such as gamers in my guild, college friends, and those in my Discord community), 1 close friend (the guy from middle school), and 1 best friend (my girl). I'd like to get more IRL casual and close friends, I spend too much time online as it is, lol. |
