| Meliodas is back. Arthur is back. Monster and demons are back. Yeah, Nanatsu no Taizai is back even if the animation quality still remains more or less the same. Percival and his friends are still trying to fight the good fight. This took off straight from the previous season so it follows in line with the continued plot. Kinda crazy how Arthur's character has been protrayed though. |

| Mangaka Nakaba Suzuki's 7DS sequel is finally back after 6 months, though it's still locked in Netflix jail (at least for the global market). It's return alongside Shangri-La Frontier (come next week) marks yet another year of Fall & Winter 2-Cour combination return of the greats. UVERworld's OP is a return to form, and Hana Hope's ED is just as melancholic good. After 16 years, Arthur Pendragon's return to Liones only brings bad notions for his pseudo-Camelot that is all happiness and no sufferings, this only ires Meliodas and his Seven Deadly Sins's efforts that they've done over in the main series, which Arthur is trying to overwite their history. To the son that never could, Tristan is the one most affected which Meliodas keeps him in check, but ultimately, he just went out of control trying to protect his son being overtaken by his own powers. Lancelot's return being the only opponent who can stand in Arthur's way, even with his strong attacks that does no effect to Lancelot, who just simply overwhelms him easily. Moreover, Arthur's prosthetic arm, which is the embodiment of Chaos after losing his real arm in the Holy War, even with that, this is nothing to Lancelot, until the reveal of Camelot's flying ship which changes the atmosphere. The mission of King Arthur, therefore, has changed: just like with the Seven Deadly Sins, he declares war against the 4 Knights of the Apocalypse. What even is Camelot now, now that Arthur Pencilgon is in full control alongside Ironside and the other Knights of Camelot? This is only the start of yet another complex battle... |

| Do I not see right or does this actually not look as awful as the last season? Animation seemed pretty okay in this first episod, the question is if they can keep that up for the whole season. Story is still trash though. |
| I mean if they all saw their deceased family and lovers in Camelot it's no surprise that they would want to come... anyway that was some nice action for the 1st ep of the 2nd season |
