| Takaba had his backstory revealed and didn't die, that has to be the most surprising aspect of this chapter lol. I'm glad he has his resolve back, I don't expect him to beat Kenny but it'll be cool to see what he can do when he fights seriously. |

| When Gojo said "Nah, I'd win" he was referring to Takaba, because Takaba is HIM, and we are all a bit of him too. This chapter felt like a waste of time since the flashback doesn't really give too much insight, neither it shows anything new besides Takaba getting his hopes back. At least he can yap about surviving longer than Kashimo in a fight against the bad dudes. |

| Very enjoyable chapter, really made me appreciate Takaba. Obviously he isn't beating Kenjaku here, but at least he's going to go out like a G. Laughed several times in this chapter, so Takaba has already succeeded in my heart. It's gonna be sad if he ends up leaving a bigger impression on Kenjaku than Yuki was able to. |
| the people who sleep on Takaba baffle me. some people gotta stop being impatient and appreciate these kinds of chapters, instead of wanting to rush to the main character vs final boss, the type of fans that only care about action and hype. One of the reasons I love this fight with Kenjaku so much is because when Takaba was introduced, it was shown how he was a failed comedian who struggled with self confidence and self doubt. You see that reflected a lot with Kenjaku critiquing him and his jokes in the last chapter. and now with this one, that got taken to a whole new level, with him regaining his confidence at the end of the chapter. its beautiful. I am worried that Takaba is going to die, but not before putting up a fight and making Kenjaku laugh, admitting he is funny. Takaba is actually a goated character. In terms of character depth, this has gotta be up there with Yuji vs Higuruma as an all time great fight in the entire manga. |

Same people that would be complaining about Gege rushing to kill off characters without getting us to care about them first if he didn't show Takaba's backstory at all. | takaba is that le funny comic relief character that doesn't really deliver, then again i am biased as i don't find traditional japanese comedy routines very funny but i paid attention with the judge guy so i'll give him a chance |
