| Well, Kochou sure is one persistent reporter who wants the scoop, so let her be. Sayo also knows about the fake Polka, but when the detectives come raging into their quarters, the only thing linking them is the symbol from Polka's old world, which is suspecting with Solitaire's involvement. Unfortunately. not even Arase and Tsubaki can trust their own quarters, as much as Takumi got ambushed by both Higuro and Momoya who made Nishida a target, with Misaki failing to withhold both guys. At the very least, Misaki transforming from a zombie to a vampire larva, nothing can stop her. Takumi knowing that Higuro joining ranks with the Agakura family is a bad call, just has he allied with the Heilei, then the Sanzu Sons (which Arase crushed his gang). A reality person like Takumi being in the face of death, he's not all that worried if Polka was to salvage him, but though the tortures, Xiaoyu attempting to save him to save his face towards the Shinoyamas, it's a give and take. For the Phantom Solitaire of Tena Sorimura to come in announced to the police's headquarters, what exactly is his game? |

| Turning Misaki into a vampire is one of the best decisions ever. Wtf he's related to Corpse God's world? And we finally get an explanation for why Takumi is wearing these glasses. It's cool how he doesn't fear death because he knows Polka can "revive" him. And Solitaire is finally here again! His first appearance in part 2 I think. So much stuff is happening. |

| It's nice to see how far Takumi and Corpse Polka's friendship has gone that Takumi persists in not giving in so easily as he once would've when it was Arase who was threatening him |

| Good to see things are kind of starting to come together (well at least this episode made a bit more sense). So I believe that Takumi left Polka's place because he saw the detectives coming but the tall Agakura guy and Higuro followed him home. It was cool that Misaki attempted a rescue and even though she got her butt kicked she resurrected to now be a vampire (nice wings). Besides Misaki going in for a rescue, the shark girl's bodyguard, Xiaoyu, has now stepped in since he heard Higuro threatened to go after shark girl after he's done with Takumi. Oh and I almost forgot that Solitaire is back and is sitting in the police chief's chair! Things are really picking up. |
| This show pulls out all tricks to go absolutely nowhere. Everytime you feel like "oh something might actually happen" then the show goes "nah we switch scenes or show random characters" |

| Misaki's entrance at 09:55 (and the whole scene through 12:00) was INSANE. I didn't expect DMDP to hit with an 11/10 episode this far in, but maaaan I'm glad I kept watching. Also... ngl, kinda sweatin beanpole and condiment torture guy |
| The last part of last season in my opinion was pretty weak and it made me forgot why i took interest on this except for the fact its from Drrr's author but man that episode was pretty fun, between the new transformation of Misaki, the new villains being professionals at what they do,especially torture and that conflict between the Shinomiya and another big piece in play, this season could be pretty exciting like the first part of season 1 |

He did mention in episode 3 that with enough mana, he could evolve Misaki into a vampire.
This show has too many small details that later turn into a plot point that I think I did a good choice rewatch the first cour before the 2nd one dropped.

| A really good episode, I love Takumi's inner conflict and Clarissa's 4D chess! And I'd really recommend reading the Manga alongside the anime. It's a lot less confusing that way and they skip over some stuff that helps with the stuffed story in the anime, like mentioning Takumi left because he spotted Arase. |
| I've been thinking about this since the first episode but the quality of the animation this season is really bad compared to season 1, huh? :/ Also that scene of Higuro pouring the sauce at Takumi's wound? Fucking painful. It's fictional but I feel like I could feel the pain too lmao. |

Misaki turning into a vampire was good, but lets hope she does more with her new powers than almost nothing while being a zombie. BTW, her top fangs are really long. |
