| An excellent first bit of the episode, first watching horror movies in good ol spooky month fashion (sadly the two of them aren’t into it lol) and then a blackout which gives us some amazing scenes between Watanabe and Jirou paired with some nice fanservice too. I also loved Sakurazaka’s bit in this one, we got some backstory on her and Jirou from both their perspectives, and learned Sakurazaka is definitely into Jirou and not just a childhood friend leading him on, I’m excited to see where these developments go. It’s also making it hard to pick a best girl lol, I think I might be team Sakurazaka but I can’t say for sure yet, and I also loved the OP, it’s a great one for sure. I also do not stand with the RaG slander in this thread, I’m a big fan of that series and this one is making me a fan as we speak lol. |

| I love how the show tries so hard to convince me that Akari is not the main female lead and that Shion still has a chance lol. Also, only it seems to me that the red-haired friend of the last is lesbian? Usually when a girly female character has an "overprotective" tomboy BFF, you're bound to get a one-sided yuri subplot at some point. | This anime is about points, it all depends on points. I do like the art though, even if its too much sometimes. Seeing Akari & Jirou both on rank E really surprised me, I really thought they were higher. Interesting to see about their past, Shiori & Jirou were best friends since school but Jirou wanted to confess to her on the bench it seems like. Shiori going in for that kiss but stopped since she thinks its wrong to do because of the point system or whatever. I feel like Akari is also getting feelings for Jirou, i wonder if this will play out like 2 women against 1 male. Well Interesting to see where this'll go. |

| Early on in this episode it looked like Shiori had friend-zoned Jirou when they were sitting on the bench back in middle school but she did not get to finish what she was saying which looks like it was going to lead to a confession. It may be too late though since Akari looks like she's developing feelings towards Jirou and likewise for Jirou towards Akari. I'm leaning slightly more towards Akari as being the better girl as she did ask Shiori to take care of Jirou and they have already shared the first kiss, but we'll see how this turns out. |
| So much better this episode! It's wonderful beyond any of my imagination that they would totally ignore the NTR bastard and focus on the main guy instead, great! Definitely look forward to watch more of this after this episode and I sure hope they keep going the way it is now, this would be close to a 10/10 for me if they go this way till the very end. Woohoo! |

| We're only 2 episodes in so far, and Akari has already moved on from Minami, let's go. She's really growing on me already. Plus uhh, she's hot as hell. Honestly can't believe people are comparing Jirou with Kazuya, it's not even close. Jirou has self esteem issues yes, but he's not even remotely close to being as annoying as Kazuya. I mean, man just kissed Akari last episode and comforted her this episode and we're only 2 episodes in. Well then, this is gonna be a painful love triangle. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Man, I miss all these feelings when I was a kid. Fumbling over each other, getting flustered by mere words, and getting embarrassed. Sounds silly, but once you turn 30, you'll miss being a teenager falling in love for the first time. |

| Anybody else think that the voice acting on Jirou isn't all that good? I don't understand Japanese and even I can tell that Jirou's voice sounds so unnatural with how overly exaggerated his expressions sound. |

| I'm guessing it will, but I hope the series ends with MC x Watanabe. I like it better than MC x Sakurazaka at the moment. It'd be nice if the show was just about the evolving relationship between the two, but I know that there is gonna be unfortunate drama later on. Best case scenario, we get a Toradora like situation. Worst case scenario, we get either a KanoKari-esque scenario, or a NTR-esque scenario (I know it not technically NTR, but it could definitely feel like one). |
