Musashi still had that inferiority complex but I'm glad he's also determined to get stronger. This episode focused a lot more on his side of the story.

Michiru also got more storytelling about her character too including when Musashi saved her. It looks like she truly fell for him back then and likes him even now. What an ending. Kuroko is not playing around.

So...everyone's also on the road to finding the Obsidian Goddess, which Musashi definitely has encountered back in Part 1 as her vessel.

Musashi definitely felt the heat with the other Bushi not aligning with his thought process, even Michiru. Amako's pep talk is the conversation that he so much needed, for someone that once has Awaji Island as his own home before the oni struck home. Musashi's thinking is as typical Shonen as it can come, and with the newfound motivation, restarts his sortie.

To expect Michiru to be the traitor within the Uesugi Band to help her father find the Obsidian Goddess, it's the amalgamation of expectations that Michiru is just like Tsugumi. And the last person that she didn't want to kill (and the one that she dearly loves) is definitely Musashi, which he is linking his Kitetsu Blade with Amako's for training to expunge much of the Blade Energy.

While Michiru's a good replacement, it's the black crystal stone resonation that peers both to be of utmost attention, and Musashi's made to be the scapegoat of this instance against the Black Dogs. This provides the perfect scenario for the Uesugi Bushi to act now, while Michiru's purpose of saving Musashi...I'm even scared to think of the repercussions of this action.

Musashi stripped to almost naked = instantly good episode

What a twist on Michiru, I really didn't see this coming.

The green hair heir is such a good boy, too bad I don't like glasses guy (or as the anime love to say, "megane")

The reward for cutting one of eight big boss monster is very high, and I guess in our real world, at some point of history, rewarding a whole city might be a thing in a war. Otherwise why risk your life fighting? Though in my case I'm not fond of receiving a city so instead I want a reward that allow me to spend one night with the head of Uesugi himself. Now that's something I consider worth fighting for.

Any show which has actual squeeeee moments is pretty much a solid 10/10 for me! Interesting seeing the princess and Musashi combining there blade energy. That clearly got out of control quickly. Maybe they just lacking synergy. I feel the op and ed kind of give the game away but thats not to say we might get a curve ball!

Musashi's childish views on Bushi were shattered due to his lack of experience making him totally useless in his unit. Thankfully Amako was there to cheer him up and help him get stronger. Turns out that Michiru was the traitor within the Uesugi band because her father is working with the Black Dogs to find the Obsidian Goddess before the Uesugi Alliance finds them. She is tasked with finding the Obsidian Goddess and kill her host which is Musashi. When both Musashi and Michiru were connected, both of their black stones reacted to each other causing both of them to go out of control. When things settled down Musashi was branded as the spy instead of Michiru, but this was a ploy to attack the Black Dog's base of operations with the hope that Michiru would lead them to it.

So Michiru needs to kill Musashi because of the obsidian goddess, and that's her father who's manipulating her well they're doing it with the same pattern as for Tsugumi, that's nothing really new, and they're trying to crucify him now xD with Michiru coming at the end it gives me the vibe that she's really being fully manipulated and that there will be no fighting back until she's saved from being a slave

Great episode! Seems the Uesugi leader wants to find the obsidian goddess...
Katsumi is a nice person and encourages Musashi.
I'm glad Musashi returned.
And Michiru's goal given to her by her 'father' who has 3000 daughters is to kill Musashi the host of the obsidian goddess... never expected her to be the traitor...

Looking forward to the next episode!

Katsumi is a bro, man. He’s the only one that hasn’t been a total knob to Musashi. Those bushi are all dicks.

I thought they were all in trouble with Michiru spying for the enemy, but it looks like she’s got some complicated feelings for Musashi so maybe not. But then the stones resonated…

Poor Musashi’s been nothing but shit on and humiliated this whole time and now it looks like foot blade and his merry band of douchebags are gonna let their frustrations out from being benched on Musashi. And now Michiru is planning something. Not sure a rescue by her is gonna help his case.

This was good.

We got the backstory of Michiru and I finally remembered Michiru from Season 1, thanks to the flashbacks.

Michiru is in a very tough spot, very yabai thing to fall in love with someone you have been ordered to kill, not her fault though.

5/5.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.

I liked it because the episode shows that Musashi feels like an idiot and it seems that now the Uesugi will discover that Musashi has the obsidian goddess inside him and this may have been revealed after Musashi connects with Michiru

Another banger episode. With every episode, I feel totally immersed while watching and having this urge to watch the next one. The first part can't even compare to this one and I hope it keeps going strong like this.

Okayy the quality went up this episode. I'm glad because season 1 was handled really poorly most notably with the constant replays of the exact same flashback again and again. This is the arc where I really started getting into the manga so it's nice that it will be handled better than the first season.

Interesante desarrollo de michiru....aunque seguro no va a matar a musashi y despues se une con ellos o muere ya sea por el padre o otro PJ
