if you followed a Manga that was good but (in your opinion) ended/continued badly, would you still watch the Anime seasons that are going to be released after the Manga already turned bad, or would you drop the Anime even if you still follow the Manga?

Haven't seen either version of this series, but I'd still be willing to watch Usagi Drop... sounds nice, also more Gekidan Inu Curry please!

probably, if its some mainstream thing, i would watch it to rant and discuss it with my friends, if it isn't and i don't like it, nope.

I think no.
The reason why I bother to watch adaptation of my favorite manga despite I already know everything about it is because it is my favorite manga, I just like it a lot. But if it went bad, I don't think I will still consider it as my favorite. My example for that is Gintama. I didn't like how it focused too much on being generic battle shonen at the end.
"The Slave is the have-not, the oppressed one with nothing to spare.
But because the Slave is in that despairing situation, having nothing, it can kill the Emperor !"

Normally, I'd press forward despite such controversy in Quintessential Quintuplets since this matches the description. But from what I've heard about The Devil is a Part-Timer, it was so off-putting to the point of stopping completely on my progress of S1 for the anime. The visuals and voices are worth watching for (S2 looks even promising as well) but man it'll probably take me a few years to look past such an egregious finale.

Depends, but generally, I suppose it wouldn't hurt. Bleach apparently had a very rushed ending, and as I understand, they will change some stuff when adapting TYBW to make it better. And then there's stuff like Usagi Drop, where the ending is so bad, they just decided not to adapt it.

I look for some things before picking up a new anime. And whether the manga has a good ending or not is not one of them. So, the two things are independent.

Depends on how bad the ending is to be honest. If it's something like just a rushed ending than I will continue watching the anime. But if it's something like Usagi Drop than no, I would completely stay away from that series.

Didn't read that much of manga, but surely will watch the finale of attack on titan so I can be done with whatever the bs it is in the manga.

At first, I would drop watching the anime that I haven't seen if I learned from manga spoilers that the ending is bad based on someone's/others' opinions. I might forget that with time, and remember being told it is bad, but then I would question myself: How much bad is that anime to be never watched? Oh fuck it! Let's watch it any way.

I think I would still try the anime even if it's just because there's a small chance the anime ending could be (partially) original. If it's confirmed to be 1:1 then I'd likely skip.

Depends on if i'm already following the series. If i'm not, then I won't pick up the anime.

Probably not if it’s a 1:1 adaptation, cuz I’d rather not go through that shitty ending again a second time, but if it deviated quite a bit from the manga, ESPECIALLY in regards to the ending, I may give it a shot. Atleast then, there’s a chance for an potentiality better ending.

Well the last time we thought this might actually work for Promised Neverland....and we now know the end result.

Maybe try sleeping?

Yes and no, depends if the rest of the series has value and if the anime will even adapt the ending.

see Hataraku Maou Sama for example. Was spoiled its shitty ending yet I watch it because the comedy is nice and it'll never be adapted anyways.

But on the other hand, I was a manga reader for 5-toubun and I refuse to watch the final movie. Don't need to see this shit twice

I would watch the anime adaptation, regardless of how sharply the manga nosedived, or how badly it may have ended.

For AOT only leaving 2 options
1. Change all series into 1 score when it ended (if follow manga ending)
2. Change all series into 10 score when it ended (if make new plot twist ending)
