| That depends on the definition of "dating," since apparently that has multiple meanings for different people these days. If we're talking about a more casual approach: Then it's just hangin' out with people that you like. "Dating" someone can just be in the literal sense of specifying a specific day and time to spend time with someone in ways that don't have to be romantic. Friends with benefits and fuck buddies cont as "casual" for me since I don't make a big deal out of two (or more) people who just like having sex with each other. But if we're talking about dating in a traditional sense, specifically: seeing someone with the intention of pursuing a romantic relationship: Then that's where my monogamy kicks in. The woman that I'd be dating in this case would hypothetically be my girlfriend (assuming that feelings are mutual), and any other women that I'd hang out with would just be friends of whom my interactions with would be strictly platonic. |
